Product arrived as it had been repackaged for sale. Upon inspection of the tub, the surface was rough. Streamline reached out to see if anything was wrong and asked me the customer to fix their quality assurance issue. First it was wiping it with detergent, and that didn't work. Then they asked me to rub it with alcohol, which also didn't work. The third request was for me to sand the tub, and that was my last straw. I refused and asked for a new tub upon their prompting for my preferred resolution which they denied. I called HD and they said the manufacturer should have NEVER contacted me directly, and has since reordered the tub 2 additional times for Streamline to cancel the order. We are 2 months behind schedule all due to a bath tub. It was a horrible experience and I will never buy a Streamline product due to their customer service approach and expectation for the paying customer to fix their QA issues. HD support was great, Streamline is horrible!
