Best decision I’ve ever made.

Very pleased with how my bath doors turned out. My uncle put them in for me and they are stunning! A wonderful upgrade to the space. Well worth the money paid for it. The doors slide very easily and the materials are high quality!

2nd Dreamline door bought and installed by self. Although this one was for a tub door, it still had a lot of solid weight to it. Learned lesson first go around and took individual pieces up the stairs instead of the whole, well packed, carton. Instructions fairly straight forward except they start with cutting the header...DON'T...wait til you get the sides installed before measuring and cutting. Be precise with the cuts by following the instructions carefully and you'll be fine...

Bathroom statement piece

These doors are amazing. Easy to install. The finish is beautiful. There aren’t enough words to describe this purchase. Magnificent.

I absolutely love these doors. They look very nice. You don't have to, but I do use a squeegee to wipe off the water after each shower. I've just noticed when I do that I don't need to clean them nearly as much from hard water build up. When I do clean them I use the pink stuff and scrub daddy sponge making sure the sponge is soft by using warm water. Give it a good rinse and squeegee again and they are easy to clean. I've had them for 4 years and very happy with purchase.

Having issues with the quality of the parts.

I decided to upgrade from the old thin door that was in my guest bathroom. This door seemed a good choice for price and appearance. I ended up having to pay the Lowes supplied installer around $400 for the install as the door is 'heavy'.(???). That made it much less affordable, but I really wanted the upgrade so i went with it.

Shower Doors

Just had a brand new house built and we had the builders install these shower doors in 2 of our bathrooms. They are beautiful but its been 3 weeks now and black is still leaking all over my tub. I have to completely dry everything or it will stain my new tub. Keep thinking eventually it will stop but it hasn’t yet!!! I dont recommend them for that reason other than that they are very nice to look at but to much work and very annoying that the black wont stop! Looks like black ink!!! I would take them back but would have to have them taken out and reinstalled so hopefully it stops soon!!!

Encore 56-in to 60-in W x 58 for Shower - Black

Nice Looking door - Follow the directions closely and you'll be fine. You need more than one person to install this (the doors only) but you can see the results in the picture I posted. Obviously the hardest part by far was hanging the door in the frame after everything was up. Specifically the second frame because you need to swing out the first one (keeping it in the track!) in order to make the second glass panel go up into place. Take your time and think it through and you should be able to get the second panel in. It did take a small bit of wrangling, but overall not too bad. Most people are going to be able to install this with limited experience. My wife and I completed this in a few hours and as you can see it looks great in our guest bathroom.

Doors were of very nice quality, the contractor seemed to get it installed quickly. They glide pretty smoothly and look much nicer than the standard shower doors. The glass has a nice thickness to them. I like the fact that they can open on either ends. The only downside is that the handle bars are placed pretty closely to the glass so you have to really shove and pull the towel between the glass and bar if you want to hang any towels on there. The glass also came with some weird mark that I can't seem to get rid of on either sides of the glass. It's not something that can be wiped down or cleaned off, seems to be a little bit of a manufacturing defect but it's not that noticeable and it's only in one small area.

Amazing! Absolutely LOVE this shower door. Too bad it was for the bathroom I redid for my current house that’s being sold and under contract. I’m obsessed with it and want it for my new house. Even mj contractor thought this shower door was one of the best ones he’s seen and installed. Super sturdy, no shaky glass doors like some that make that glass clink noise when you slide them, and the doors glide super smooth. Very modern and clean design. Easy install. Came fast and on time, and exactly as advertised. I would HIGHLY recommend this product. It brought the entire bathroom together. I purchased the doors in satin. A Thanks Perigold!!

One person can install it, but it is best to have two to carry the box to the place where it is being installed or use sliders to move it around. Be sure to understand the directions completely before installing. Water can splash out if the outside door is not positioned at the end where the showerhead is located. If the inside door is positioned at the showerhead, water running down the glass door will tend to splash under the door and onto the floor. Many have said that instructions have you drill into the bathtub to mount the separator/divider in the middle--not true. There are two very short screws provided the will keep it in place and they do not even touch the tub. Four stars because the doors can only be positioned one way for water not to splash out onto the floor.

Love my new sliding bathtub door!

I wasn't a fan of the shower curtain look so splurged and bought this lovely sliding bathtub door. What an improvement in our guest bathroom!! It was important to me to have both doors slide and I also wanted a DreamLine because the products get such great reviews. It didn't disappoint - very well made and high quality. I can't speak to the installation experience because I had a handyman install. Very happy with the purchase and would strongly recommend this to anyone shopping for a sliding bathtub door.

This shower doors turned out good. The reason I gave it a 4 is because the directions are basically non existent. I you tubed it, read the directions and went to the Dream line web site but very little information was to be found for this specific door. The plus side is, their customer service is A++. They responded to questions very quickly.

This shower door system is great. It does need to be installed by a professional which I didn't fully take into account when I bought it. Most glass door companies won't install it since they didn't sell it so I ended up using a handyman. I like the clean look of it and it helps keep the water in the tub when my toddler takes a bath. The doors open both ways which is ideal for drawing baths. I read many reviews of other doors with a stationary door and that is usually the one by the faucet which makes it hard to get the water on as you have to lean in to do it. I am definitely glad I got this one, it works great and looks good too. The film on the glass does help keep it clean, a nice bonus!

Beautiful, high quality doors

I installed the Encore doors on my bathtub and am completely pleased. The installation of the frame was straightforward and the parts fit together very well. The most difficult part of the job was drilling eight holes through my porcelain tile to secure the side rails. If you have ceramic tile or some other softer surround material this will be easier. I was able to lift the (fairly heavy) glass doors onto the top rail without assistance and without suction cups. The only issue I experienced was after everything was done and the doors properly adjusted, one of the doors made a horrible squealing sound, even though it rolled very smoothly. Dreamline customer service was excellent and they shipped me replacement rollers quickly. Ssme squeal with the new rollers. I finally decided to remove the doors and reverse the top rail. When I took the rail off, a few small particles of styrofoam from the packaging material fell out. Perhaps the foam was causing the squeal or maybe it was reversing the orientation of the top rail but the noise is completely gone! Wife and I love both the appearance and the quality of the Encore doors. Highly recommend, especially if the side walls of your shower enclosure are slightly out of plumb, as mine are.

Wayfair saved the day and our bathroom renovation! We originally ordered from wayfair and chose a different showertub combo hinged door and realized after attempted installation that it would not work. The corners of our new tub were slightly rounded and did not have a right angle to the tiled wall. We made sure the walls were plumb but did not know to check for right angle or curved corners. Wayfair lived up to their name and excellent customer service. They sent us a credit so that we could order this sliding door which fit our tub. We paid a very fair price and only paid cost on the door that did not work. We appreciate their understanding and will continue to order from Wayfair and highly recommend them to everyone.

Doors look awesome, it was easy to install, did it by myself, You just need to be careful when cutting the lower rail, instruction says to evenly cut both sides 3/4, don't cut both sides 3/4 because you'll be way too short. You need to divide 3/4 by 2 and it should give you what to cut on each side from the total wall to wall length. I cut 3/8 from each side from the total length. Make sure the two center screw holes are centered, from there you will need to cut both sides evenly. Also make sure the glass doors with the "ClearMax" blue labels are placed in the inside of the shower, you should read them correctly from the inside not the outside. Since my tub has rounded corners, I used a dime to trace and cut the bottom edges. The transparent glass is awesome, the only thing I noticed is that you would probably have to squeegee the glass after each shower so it can look spotless because water droplets will still be visible when they dried out, but it will repels most of it. I bought one for $5 and it takes less than a minute to squeegee the glass to leave it spotless after each shower.

This product looks just like ti does in the picture. The look is awesome and beautiful and sleek. The panels glide really smoothly on the track and you can tell it is high quality. The only thing is that it was very difficult to install. I had a contractor do it, and they were surprised by how complicated it was for what it is. I would maybe recommend using the expert installation- it seems that it would be worth the money if you've never done this before. The glass is really nice and leaves absolutely no water marks on it. I would buy this again, but have the expert installation instead of hiring a contractor to do it, as I think it would be less expensive. This took a while for the contractor to put together, and you have to have the tools to trim the metal pieces.
