You sent me wrong size doors and didn’t paint top of doors. Hinges don’t work properly.

Poor packing and shipping

I took a chance after reading other reviews that perhaps the packing would have improved but no. The doors arrived scuffed and cracked all the way through. No easy way to contact Home Depot for assistance, and I am on a time crunch to get these installed prior to moving. Very disappointing quality and shipping for the price.

They seemed to have improved the instruction based on other reviews. It's a moderately difficult project if you don't have any experience or proper tools, but there's no reason the average person couldn't manage. My door came in scratched in a few places which is at no fault of the company but more so the delivery process. It was easily covered with some new paint.

perfect for where we needed to install

Unfortunately this item was disappointing. The stain job on these doors are very poor. Many missed areas and runs in the stain. The price for these are not worth it. We now have to try and match a stain to cover thinly covered and missed spots. Doors are also so much darker than the picture. Do not look vintage. I hate giving a bad review but I have no choice given the sub standard results of these doors.

Arrived damaged had to return

The door assembly had very poor instructions, no pre-drilled holes, black hinges provided did not match the pre-installed hinges, and the stop assemblies were very difficult to install. It several weeks to respond to my e-mail on missing parts which I painted and made myself. Overall, poor installation instructions and no customer support. A trip to the Home Depot where I bought it was no help.

Fantastic product! Hardware is sturdy and looks beautiful. Bifold Doors are so solid and work like a charm. This kit is worth every penny. Highly recommend

The instructions are pictures only. Metric not imperial. The doors are 2” shorter than advertised. Do not biy

For the price of these doors, we expected a higher quality product. There was no real wood framing and the edges of the doors were soft for attaching hardware, not sure how well they will hold up. Unfortunately we kept them only because there weren't alot of options and we really needed the doors.

Save your money, and only buy the primed doors

The doors are nice are are what I was looking for and they’re doing the job for my laundry room. I wish I had bought the primed doors and didn’t pay all that extra money for the black painted ones. The paint is really cheap and scratches easily, has a dull finish, and when you try to wipe the doors down with a rag to clean off dust the paint comes off. I’m going to have to have them all repainted, so I would’ve done better just to get the primed doors. As other reviewers have noted they are difficult to assemble and difficult to hang to make sure that they align evenly and close properly. I actually had to pay Handyman to get them installed properly.

I initially received 2 doors that were different sizes and had to wait for the right size door to come. I had a contractor install this as the directions were too hard to figure out on my own

Was missing 2 parts but were not needed. Turned out very nice!

The product is best described as garbage.

The panels were so warped that I simply could not pull them into a "flat" status prior to the point they split.

Love it!!

We used the barn door to create more space in a small bathroom that previously had a door that opened into the bathroom. This door made a huge difference in the feel and size! It was very easy to install and looks great!
