Required a lot of custom work to make look good

I purchased the Calhome Barn Door Bifolds and disappointed by multiple issues. The instructions were poorly written. The advertised length was 80” but measured only 79”. Once installed there was a 2” an unsightly gap between the door and wall. Returning wasn’t feasible as a hole had already been drilled in the tile. My contractor had to add a board to fill the gap. The whole product cost an extra half day of labor. My contractor said adjustable spacers would have negated all of this.

I ordered 2 sets of doors and was extremely disappointed. One of the doors required repair- it was damaged in shipment. But this was the least of issues. The “directions” consisted of a sheet of diagrams only. No written steps of how / when to put the many pieces together to correctly install the door onto the rail. The parts supplied were poor quality, cheaply built. Threaded parts with stripped threads. Oh yeah, and even though everywhere the door height is listed as 80”, it isn’t. So when you are calculating how high to mount the rail - check the door actual height. It’s 79”.
