Hard to fasten/unfasten

I’m hoping it loosens up with use. Right now I’m afraid to use it for anything fragile. One side’s latch is extremely difficult to slide up or back down, and I’m questioning whether it will remain leakproof.

wanted to love it

The first cheesecake I made in this turned out well. The second time I used the pan, the latches lifted after removing from the oven, ruining the cheesecake. Not a fan of the fact that the latches aren't more secure.

Best Springform pan

I love this pan! My favorite 2 things are:

Exceptional Wuality

No need to wrap your cheese cake before submerging in a water bath. Water tight!

Hard to Assemble. But great quality

The weight and quality are obvious compared to my old pans. I haven’t baked in it yet. I do like the concept of the gasket sealing the ring to the bottom. But I find the older style of popping open a clasp on my other pans easier to use. On this pan I find it difficult to put the 2 halves of the ring together with the slider bars. One side is easy but then I need 3 hands to use pressure to hold the 2 sides together and and put the 2nd slide on while maintaining downward pressure against the bottom seal. There were no directions and it took me a dozen failed attempts fighting one side and then the other. That was irritating.

Not worth it, poor quality

I’ve used this for multiple cheesecakes and similar desserts. The seal isn’t tight enough so the filling always runs down at the bottom. It’s not easy to release like other pans and the rubber inserts broke after about 3 months of use. I wouldn’t buy this again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Perfect Springform Pan

Just baked my first cake in this pan. The pan did not leak at all. The sides were remarkably easy to remove with no sticking. The cake was beautiful and perfectly baked. The cake slid right off the bottom onto the cake stand with no resistance. This is an outstanding product.

Too Complicated...

This is way too complicated for a springform pan. Too many parts to lose. Besides that, for me, someone with arthritis, I do not have the strength to get the sides to match up to put it together. I'll go back to my conventional springform pan. Though, I have other USA pans and the quality are great. Just this one is not for me personally.

USA Springform pan

The USA springform pan is the absolute best. I will not use another pan. I have tried many and none are as good as this pan

Ingenious design

USA pan stands by their products by far. Do not hesitate to use their bakeware.

Terrible - DO NOT BUY!!!

I may have a defective one, but I can’t get the handle tabs to work. When I try to slide one down, the edge of the pan actually shaves off part of the handles tab. If you do manage to get the handles into place, you I’ll have plastic shavings on anything you’re trying to bake. If you actually bake anything, you have to wrestle the handle off of the pan. By that point, you will have ruined what you made and you have likely started to regret your decision to bake anything in the first place.

Not good - difficult to use

To be fair, we bought this from Crate and Barrel and maybe we got a defective one, but this pan is terrible.

A little more expensive, but worth it!

I only buy from USA Pan now because the quality it superior to another in the stores.

9 in pan replaces springform

I love this pan, I don’t have to worry about the spring getting damaged. The cake releases easily. I’m going to dump all my other forms and get another. I only wish it came in a larger size.

Not a fan

I just bought a new USA springform pan; I like to have at least twoand I love the one I have. I’m not a fan of the new way of closing though. I find it very clumsy - I’d rather have the latch instead of this new way . I just can’t find a USA springform with the latch anymore.

So worth it!

I had been eyeing this for a long time and I’m glad I finally bough it. My cheesecake has never turned out this great! No water seeped in! Go buy it!!

I love my USA 9" Nonstick Springform Pan

I purchased my pan several years ago. I had never owned a springform pan and I love this one. I use it frequently and would buy another one just like it if the need arises. It's easy to assemble, easy to clean.
