Defective item

The rug I received was defective or the wrong item color. I bought this to match the other sizes of this rug, ordered at the exact same time in the same color. However this runner was significantly faded and not the same color. I called Walmart they at first told me they would reimburse me for the rug and I would not need to send it back. Because of this I got rid of the packaging. I then called back to follow up on reimbursement and was told that I would need to send it back even though this is not what I was previously told. They were not willing to give any discount for defective item or reimbursement. I no longer have shipping supplies for it due to being told I was going to be reimbursed without sending it back. They told me there is no option to return to store. I had to buy separate rug to replace the defective one with my own money.

Print is weird, looks like it is flawed.

Color defect

We bought one and returned due to color defect. Luckily rep suggested we open replacement at store to verify if color was any better. The problem is that the abstract design looked like it had tire tracks of white and not abstract throughout. The replacement had same defect and they agreed for full refund.

They sent me the wrong size area rug.

the color and quality is great! I do use a rug pad under it to make it a little thicker.

Rug is Beautiful and well made

I searched for rugs for days I made the decision for this rug and it is beautiful. There is nothing I would change. It is soft colors are beautiful. It has more ivory than beige and I love that very neutral. It could be paired with any color. It is soft and came packaged well so no major wrinkles.

Nice quality rug. My only complaint is that the colors are off. I ordered oatmeal/natural and the rug has lots of blue hues. It doesn’t blend well with a warm or neutral home

Beautiful rug purchased one and loved it so much bought two more in different sizes!

I love the design and the feel of the carpet. The only downside is that it’s starting to fray. I have 3 cats and chose this type of carpet because it would be more difficult for the cats to pull as opposed to a fluffier carpet. Unfortunately, I’m started to see a few pulls already.

Bedroom rug

Bought this to go under a queen sized bedroom set. Looks great and probably would go well with a bunch of different color furniture options. Also had a nice amount showing on each side of a queen bed which is what we were going for since our place doesn’t have carpet and the floors can get quite cold this time of year. Overall I’m impressed so far with the quality and feel of this product for the price and would recommend it if you’re looking for something that would go with a wide variety of furniture and room color options.

I love the color of this rug! Good quality and looks beautiful in my hallway! It has some beige, blue and gray's in it so it blends in well!

nice rug for the living room

I really like this rug, it looks great in my living room and goes with the theme, The material on the rug is thin so it makes the rug very easy to clean and dry. It is such a great size as well big enough to cover the area unde the coffee table.

Stylish and well made

I absolutely love my Loloi II Teagan Area Rug! This rug is stunning! It has a beautiful distressed/vintage look yet modern. The colors are elegant and goes with many different styles. It's well made, durable, stain resistant, and easy to clean which are important features when you have both kids and pets.
