This light works wonderfully.
New OTT light
This was a replacement for an OTT light that I used for many years. It was easy to put together. Shipping was quick. And I only use OTT lights for the close beadwork that I do.

With an aging mom as well as myself, we need a little more help with close up work in her knitting and my art work. This has been a blessing.

I didn’t give 5 rating due to the fact that for the significant price, the magnifying glass should have had it’s separate light. The lamp had a bazillion pieces but also detailed instructions. So I’m satisfied…I guess lol.

Great lamp for arts and crafts.
My OttLite62" with the magnifying glass is my go-to light for reading and crocheting. It sits behind my rocking chair and I love having light exactly where I need it. I really appreciate the flexible arn that is easily repositioned so I can adjust light and shadows when I am drawing.

Lamp is great, the magnifying lens is very loose and will move at just a slight tap
Base Split
After four years the base split causing lamp to fall and weighted material to spill on floor. Tried to repair several times to no avail.
Great as a lamp.
Really wanted to like this but I need more magnification. I reached out to customer support for a replacement as it was scratched and they were super fast in sending a replacement but they didn’t even acknowledge my question about purchasing a stronger magnification. I have a table lamp which I love, but I can’t use with larger projects so I bought the floor lamp thinking I was getting the same magnification. I’d recommend if you don’t need much magnification.
