Great, good quality item, easy installation. Special thanks to Build.com for the free "keyed alike" service, the 4 door handles were configured to use the same keys.

Not sturdy

The knob is not very solid. It feels loose and wobbly at the shaft. Wish it was tighter and didn’t wiggle every time I turned it. I was hoping for something more heavy duty like my other Schlage products

Check that the key functionality is acceptable.

The handle looks beautiful, and using the handle to open the door is easy on the wrist; however, the most important feature is the lock mechanism, and it is a serious problem. Sliding the key in or out of the key hole is a very challenging ordeal, and we have not had such a poor experience with simple use of a key in lock for many years. We suspect that the problem here is specific to the manufacturing of the lock component alone, not the handle mechanism. It seems the lock component is not fully refined in manufacturing, in this isolated case. We purchased two of these, and both are dysfunctional, so it is a serious disappointment. We have to return both of them.

Solid knob, Schlage quality. Bought for the design/aesthetic and very pleased with it.

The instructions could use some improvement, the actual installation was easy, the action is smooth, and the operation flawless. The retention of the lock state when opened one way is an interesting feature, not sure how I feel about it but it does inspire awareness.

Keyed to match

Ordered this keyed to match my new deadbolt and it was a success.

The screws won't stay tightened on this and we are going to replace it.
