Excellent product. My previous permanent filter was housed in plastic which had cracked ? in one corner. This product was recommended to me as a replacement. I'm so glad to have upgraded to this. ????.

not true to size

edges were sharp. item wasnt true to size it was ½inch smaller than it stated other than that seems like a good product

Too "tall" for furnace

Unfortunately I had to return the filter because it was too thick to fit in the housing of my furnace. It did appear to be well built and sturdy. Should have double checked the measurements.

What the title says it what you get

This filter looks like a good filter, however I have to return it. The description was great but it did not say whether the dimensions were exact or if they used the common size in the description. Be careful because this filter is an exact measurement. In other words, it runs large. It doesn't fit in a funace door return air track.

Was excited to get the filter and stop replacing the old kind. Fit, 16x25 is good. NO directional arrow on filter for air flow. NO support to answer my question on that. Figured it out, market filter. Time will tell if it effective when the first cleaning occurs down the road.

Disappointed!!! Not goog in environment with pets!

Recived my 2nd 1 after washing forst one and the pet hair that the filter stopped did not wash off. 2nd one has no direction sticker. Lack of quality control! I would not buy again. I should of tried to vacume first one off first instead of washing it.

filter was received as stated per shipping but it was bent.

Took forever to get then it was put in a box bent in the middle then I had to take my time and gas to take it back and then the employee couldn’t find it in the system and another employee had to take care of it

Been 2 months and so far it’s good. Seems well made and heavy duty. Importantly it for my space. My filter size is rare and I’ve usually had to order replacements which is a pain since most places don’t stock them or have may have one that is very pricy version.

Not as thick as my KN air filter but it seems to be working well. I hope I can clean it the same way

Arrived damaged

Arrived twisted due to poor package. Returning and will re-order to update the quality and effectiveness of the product

Less dust
