Perfect Fan

Fantastic Fan!!! This fan is well built and very easy to assemble. It comes well packaged and within 15 minutes can be assembled and ready to hang. The cord is also extra long for adjustability.

Almost perfect

So let me start off by saying this is a great fan. Works fine, functions as it should, blades are at the right angle to not have the choppy sound but still push around a lot of air. Motor at any speed is quiet. The nearly flat black finish is awesome and modern, not ‘cold’ in any way, but inviting in design.

Good working fan

So, so happy with this fan. We have an outdated 80's fan in our living room and while it mostly worked, it looked hideous. I figured if nothing else, this looked nicer. It was a pretty routine install with nothing really out of the ordinary.

Clean look

Install was about 45min including the removal of old fan. Very easy to install and the manual was good. Only issue I had was the wiring diagram dose not include how to install for light and fan separate switches. A small amount of knowledge is needed but over all good product.

Great Color, Size, and Comes with Bulbs

It arrived well packaged. The color is very nice as well the size of it. Matte black is really the best color to pair with most decor. I don’t like the pull chains as much, since it seems old fashioned and can hang in the way when walking through the living room. The LED bulbs it comes with are really good. This is better than having an installed LED system, because if the these ever go out you can simply change the bulbs instead of the entire fan. There is a 2 second delay on light coming on, but not a deal-breaker. Overall, it looks really nice, budget and DIY friendly.

Installation was simple and straight forward

This 52 in. Matte Black 5-Blade Indoor Ceiling Fan with Light by AirPro is fantastic. I had this product shipped home. the box arrived in excellent condition and very well packed and organized for staged installation. Installation was simple and straightforward. I followed the well-illustrated directions. All the parts were in the box and with just a few tools It took me about 2 hours to install, alone. A shatterproof light shade in Etched White diffuses the lighting nicely. The kit comes with 2 dimmable medium-based LED lamps. You can’t hear the fan run at all, very quiet.

[Rewarded Review] Cools off room quickly

Box arrived in great condition, all parts were there, in an organized fashion. Just a few tools needed, flat head screwdriver, Philips screwdriver, wire cutter and stripper. Easy to follow instructions. It took me about 2 hours to install as I was working by myself. It was a replacement fan so the wiring and ceiling bracket were already installed, just had to remove the old fan. I am not an electrician so I always turn off the power when doing anything electrical. I think it's a good habit for all DIY'ers. The fan is extremely quiet., and matches the rest of the brushed nickel items in the house. It even came with LED bulbs, a nice surprise as before, I had to buy bulbs for the fans I have installed in the past. I give this project a thumbs up as it went together and installed easily. I would recommend this to everyone.

[Rewarded Review] Better than expected. Wow....

I really like this Progress Lighting AirPro 52 in. Matte Black Integrated LED 5-Blade Indoor ENERGY STAR Rated AC Motor Transitional Ceiling Fan with Light. When I first opened the box and took out the individual pieces, I was super impressed with the weight of the fan motor. It was not a lightweight, ready to fail motor. This thing was a solid constructed fan motor. Moving on, every other part of this fan was exactly the same. High quality construction. This fan comes complete with everything you need, including LED bulbs. You will not be disappointed in purchasing this ceiling fan

Ceiling fan

This is a really nice ceiling fan that I will install in our bedroom I like the color of the fan blades your choice of solid white or aged wood which will match my aged wood tile floor. Fairly easy to install this type of fan although some will have to take place on the ladder. This model doesn't come with a remote but sold separately it's easy to install which I will get one before I install this fan. I like this product and highly recommend it.

Easy to Install and Beautiful Design

The Progress Lighting AirPro 52" brushed nickel, 5 blade ceiling fan added some beauty and cooling to my office. The brushed nickel finish is smooth and clean and the AC powered motor really moves the air. The installation instructions were clear and complete and the captive blade screws helped make it very easy to install. The motor is quiet and powerful and has a 30 year limited warranty. The fan is energy star rated, includes a 4" downrod, reversible blades and a dimmable LED light kit. A remote control unit is also available for this fan at an additional cost. I couldn't be happier with the looks and performance of this fan.

[Rewarded Review] The Fan feels amazing, with great lighting.

I would recommend Progress Lighting AirPro 52 inches indoor Brushed Nickel Silver 5-Blade ENERGY STAR Rated AC Motor Ceiling Fan. Everything needed is inside the box ready to put together and install. Nice accent chain to adjust the light and fan. Speeds on the fan really do help move the air in the room. The blades come with two sides to them, so decide which side works with your design. Light bulbs are included in this kit. Measures 52 in W x 52 in x 16.7 in Height.

An average fan, nothing fancy or sophisticated.

Even though it comes from Progress Lighting, I do not see anything special to note on this fan. It is an average fan with a light kit, just like the one I just replaced which was 24 years old; with pull ON and OFF switches for light and fan. The only thing new on it was that it came with 2 LED bulbs, which are very common nowadays.The installation is very easy for a DIY, since it does not have any sophisticated parts; it is just an ordinary fan and can be installed in under an hour.The fan and lights work fine after installation, except that the fan had a little wobbling which can be adjusted with the included balancing kit.

Indoor Ceiling Fan

This 52-inch ceiling fan (“AirPro” by Progress Lighting”) has a contemporary design. The five blades are reversible for either a faux wood grain or a solid white look.

Easy install, extremely quiet, sleek design

This fan installed easily. The bolts were in each hole to be sure they fit. The bolts are fixed in the blade brackets making the installation of these easy. The light wire is clearly labeled. The operation is very quiet. The kit came with 3000K LED bulbs. We replaced them with 5000K LED for more of a white color. The light shades twist on easily. I am curios how long the plastic globes will stay white and flexible. The housing and blades are very smooth and should limit dust build up. The mounting bracket was too thin to add the remote control I tried to use. The fan seems well balanced too.

White 52" Indoor Ceiling Fan

This ceiling fan came packed in very good form. Its a budget looking fan without many details. I do like that it has 4 bulb setup with plastic bulb covers which is a good thing and a bad. The good thing is that if it falls it wont break but the bad is that doesn't look too transparent like the glass does. Instructions are clear for installation. The blades are two sided from white to wood which is a nice touch.

Ok simple fan

I have installed hundreds of fans and this one is no different than any of the rest so my opinion comes down to my perceived quality. This fan is more of a budget level fan without much detail, so the overall look is very plain. The blades are reversible from white or weathered wood. The light shades are probably my biggest disappointment. They are plastic instead of glass and the sockets have notches to receive the plastic shade. This means that you will likely not be able to find replacement shades if you want to dress it up. The fan functions well and only required a little balancing to keep the vibration down. It seems to be quiet and moves a decent amount of air. I would not put this fan in a main living area because of the look but it will work great in a kids room where it is likely to be hit.

[Rewarded Review] Average install, functions as it should

This fan hangs on a pivoting bracket at the ceiling which may be good for some applications since it can adjust for slight out-of-level and if it is bumped it just moves. Unfortunately, we felt that it also hangs down too low, and the pivoting connection seems to make a little bit of noise between the painted metal and the plastic liner of the bracket that I think will get worse. The fan will easily accept a longer downrod (not included) and it comes with a long length of wire (that you cut shorter if not using a downrod). A few issues noticed in install: the cover at the ceiling is too small to install any remote or add-in boxes and still give clearance for the wires (to add remote control, or to have fan + light control at the wall with only one wire). Also, the screws holding the cover at the ceiling are incredibly difficult to line up, and the fan motor shroud has open holes on the top that these screws can be dropped into (then need to dissassemble the shroud to retrieve screws). Once mounting and electrical were done, the fan blades and light kit went on with no issue. Ours was well balanced with no adjustments needed. The 4-light kit is very bright, and the included bulbs worked with our dimmer, but I would not recommend this for a room smaller than 12' x 12' or so. The instructions did not mention anything about a two switch hook-up, and there were minimal labels on the wiring, but it DOES in fact support wiring a black wire for fan control, and the blue for lights (this seems standard). If you only have one (or no) switch, you wire both black and blue from the fan to the hot (typically black) wire of your house, and use the pull-chains for control. Note: This should be installed to an appropriate electrical box capable of and rated for supporting a fan. Overall installation was straightforward and the fan functions well.

Nice Fan

The Ceiling Fan came well packed in a compartmentalized Styrofoam in a carboard box. All items to assemble and mount the fan were included. Four lights bulbs were included.
