Terrible and cheap looking blades.

Unfortunately, a fan I had for more than 25 years with banana leaf blades finally quit working. I was looking to replace the fan and thought this would be a good option. I am very disappointed. The blades are plastic, not wood, and very cheaply manufactured.

Look Great

Purchased three fans to put in our Beach Condo. They look like they are actually carved wood. Years ago we had purchased two ceiling fans that were similar. Those were also a leaf pattern ,however they were thick and looked carved on both sides. When these arrived and were only made to look finished on one side I was worried. But once they were hung they looked great. We are very happy.

We wanted a classy, rich-looking fan for our master bedroom and this fan was definitely perfect. It's quiet and powerful, and goes well with our dark wood furniture. We loved it enough to purchase another for our guest bedroom. The price was surprisingly low for such a high quality fan.

These fans are so gorgeous and move air very well. I don't recommend them for 8 foot ceilings as they are not flush mount which I thought they were or were capable of being. At any ratex a great purchase.

Product looks kind of cheap

The fan was not what I was expecting. The blades were not as long as the one I had purchased a few years ago in the store and the overall appearance was not as good. This product is plastic and it is obvious when you look at it that it is not real wood. Had the product not already been installed by my handyman when i saw it i would have returned it.

Surviving the Texas heat!

Purchased two of these for an outdoor patio. Assembly time was 1 hour for the first, 30 minutes for second one. Have had them for 2 years, look as good as when new (fan blades are still straight). That's saying alot in Texas. Had to replace switch on one, then same one quit a year later. Progress replaced it, no questions asked, within 3 days.

Ordered 2 of these fans for our great room. They are very nice and were easy to install.

beautiful ceiling fan

i love this ceiling fan. my new bedroom has a palm tree theme, and this really looks great. everyone that has seen the room comments on the fan and how nice it is. the price was great. i found a lot of the same style at twice or more the price.

Saved a Ton of Money

I looked at this fan on the Progress Lighting website and it was over $500. When I found the same fan on lightingdirect.com at such a low price, I thought it was too good to be true. Needless to say, I was thrilled when I ordered it and it shipped lightning fast.
