Not cold enough

My sons room is in the attic and unless you laying in front of it you don’t feel anything. It’s like having a fan on. The room isn’t so big and the description says it will cool down a large room. Not happy with this product.

Showed up broken

One of the wheels was broken. QVC had no replacement available. My options were to return it, exchange it, or contact the manufacturer. QVC could not direct me to someone at the manufacturer. This is a huge inconvenience. It's the middle of summer, and my wife needs this for a small workshop that gets extremely hot. We were extremely disappointed at the lack of acceptable options (i.e. send us a replacement wheel or send us to a store where we can pick one up, etc...). Will never purchase from this manufacturer again. May not ever use QVC again. Very unhappy with this trasnaction.

This is a powerful ac unit. Room cools off quickly on the low setting. I would've given it 5 stars if it wasn't so noisy. Very loud as it runs.

This thing no longer works after one single month. It has to be drained every ten minutes and the electrical bits Fritz out often. Remote doesn’t work half the time and the buttons on the unit don’t work half the time. I’m scared it will catch fire in my home. Do NOT BUY.

This is a nice portable a/c unit. The directions are straight forward. And the window panels can work for a single hung or a horizontal window. I got this unit as a back up a/c in case of a hurricane to hook up to a generator.

Trash. Just buy a box fan

This thing is a huge waste of money. IDK why they call it an air conditioner. It doesn't blow out cold air. It's a fan. A decent fan but a fan. I honestly don't know if the dehumidifier works but based on how bad the "air conditioner" is I'd guess not.

The packaging seems pretty thin for something this large and bulky, but the product works great! If I had any gripes about this product, it would be that the manual didn't include any info about how to use the foam padding strips that came with it. I haven't had a problem with it yet; mine changes temp like it's supposed to otherwise I'd be returning it. The lack of instruction on the foam padding is my only gripe with the setup; everything is straight forward and enables you to understand and work the product correctly. 5 stars for a product that works and it's easy to use!

this stopped working in less than a week. i have emailed the company to get a replacement and have not received a reply. i also can not find a phone number so i cant call them.

works very well cooling my upstairs studio.....its a bit loud but its a small price to pay to have my studio comfortable.

This portable air conditioner is great. It's portable so can be moved around with ease. It's good for cooling a large area. It will be very handy when electricity goes out and can be hooked to a generator. Very good for southern areas.

We got this a while back just to help with the crazy heat wave to help out our AC system move more air more quickly to possibly cut down on run time/energy cost. To be honest, this little ac unit helped cool down the main area of the house and helped to cool things down a little quicker! I highly suggest if you have a part of your home needing a little extra help!

I received the AireMax- Portable Air Conditioner with remote Control for Rooms up to 300 sq. ft.- White & its great. This cools a room down in no time flat, great for those hot Summer days. The remote is nice, I dont have to get up to control it. It has casters so its easy to move around. Very well made & will keep my house cool for many years.
