Good portable A/C but when you have the heater on for too long it tends to leak water. Do not get if your space in more than 300 sq/ft

Item was ordered ship to store. Item packaging was severely damaged with minor damage visible to unit. As of this writing, I have not yet set the unit up for further review, although, I did briefly plug it in and all appears to function properly.

Icy cold air conditioning, a little loud but i just turn up the tv a bit and its fine. If you're going to hook up a permanent drain hose, hook it up to the bottom with a half inch vinyl hose from home depot... And tilt machine back a tiny bit

Love my air unit

Using this to cool an addition that was converted to a master bedroom. Vented through the wall using a dryer hose vent kit. Ran a drain line through the wall so we don’t have to manually drain it. Unit cools well and we are excited to try the heat function this winter if it ever cools down!
