Delivered Broken

Although the reviews pointed out how the tub came damaged we took a chance. Upon inspection, sure enough the top was cracked badly at the top flange. Home Depot advised us to return it ourselves to avoid the hassle of having it picked up and waiting a long time for a return to process. Another inconvenience. I am super bummed because it’s been out of stock since and I had to order another tub.

Deep tub and appear to have come in pretty good shape except for some glue marks on the front of the tub. The fiberglass thickness will make it a very sturdy tub.

I am pleased with the tub, it is sturdy, wide and deep and allows a luxurious bath. I have only had it for a week buy so far so good

Great price, big and durable

Tub is big, and heavy duty. Holds its shape, not flimsy like a lot of the other tubs on this price range. Easy to install. Didn't use the drain/ overflow kit that came with it, not sure about that . But wasn't concerned with it either way, because tubs don't generally come with it anyways , so it's really just a freebie. Good tub, don't understand the negative reviews.

Is a good quality for the price of the tub. Contractor had no issues with installation. I've also bought a freestanding bathtub from them and had the same feelings.

Deep and wide

After reading only negative reviews I was a bet skeptical but really was drawn to the depth and width of it. Great tub! It’s very deep and wider than your standard ones. Love it. Yes, the drain connector sucks but our plumber replaced it with a better one and he also replaced the drain button. I ordered it online but had it shipped to the store and we picked it up there. Hope it helps.

Easy installation, delivery was on time. I am pleased with this bathtub.

Worst experience buying this tub

Tub came damaged twice, and Home Depot made it nearly impossible to get it returned and refunded. Horrible customer service and quality control. Ended up getting a nicer tub for cheaper at a competitor and won’t be coming back to Home Depot.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TUB

Bought this tub not once but TWICE because the first one came all glued and scratched up. Juggled thru hoops to return it, purchased another, just to have another beat up tub get delivered. Company claims plastic film should be on for protection, never was any both times! I’d give this 0 stars if possible. For $500, absolutely NOT worth purchasing this tub. Unacceptable quality control. I recommend Home Depot pulls this off their website to spare the next person this same headache.

Decent bath / soaker

The bathtub was delivered well-packaged, will all the additional hardware required. It is sturdy and well-made. We had a bit of an issue fitting into the position because of a tight space and the need to access plumbing on the side and underneath the tub. We had to (accurately) cut the front and reattach it afterwards with decorative hardware. It would be ideal if the front lip could be designed such that it can be removable.

Poor Drain and Overflow

Not only is the flexible hose connecting the overflow to the drain a poor substitute for a typical drain assembly, but the overflow fitting itself is incompatible with a regular drain and overflow assembly. Instead of having a well functioning drain and overflow system, Now we must go buy and assembly and find brass fittings.
