Works great better than expected only problem is the mounting bracket for the motor to secure on.Other than that this item is pretty good for the price.And my remote work well to my gate which is a plus.

Great opener for the price.
Not overly complicated to install but you need to be pretty hands on. It's been installed for two weeks now and zero issues. My gate is 6 ft tall and 30ft wide. It's made of all steel including the slates. It's a heavy gate and the opener moves it with ease. The motor frame flexes a little so I'm going to weld some supports to prevent possible failure.

We had this installed by an electrician friend of ours, so I cannot say how difficult it is to install, however, it is going strong! We have a 16 foot roll gate that is not level, yet this little motor pulls it open with no issues or hangups.
