Still waiting for second water pure pitcher and two filters that come with it to arrive.

I ordered two sets of the pure water pitchers with two included filters on Nov 3, 2024. Only one set arrived. I called about still needing the second set. They sent me a notice Nov 17, that it’s on the way. As of today Nov 21, I have received no notice of delivery for your review. (I still have not opened the first one I received since I might need to return the entire order if the rest isn’t delivered soon). So, sorry I can’t write a review of your product for you. (My first order in years from this Co hasn’t been a stellar experience so far though). Which is a real disappointment.

H2O has such a clean taste

Love the pitchers and the filters are great. Ordered 2 pitchers quite a while ago, and we use them daily. We drink ALOT of water! Using these products give peace of mind, great, clean and refreshing water. We have backup filters but will be ordering more for a stock up. Have the emergency foods and other products from MPS. Love this company.

Still good quality

Over all, it does what I needed it to, but it has grown a bit more expensive to replace them every few months. that aside, it does what its suppose to, and the delivery was fairly quick, even though its gone up a bit as well. If you need a good filter, these will not disappoint. I use them and the pitcher they support, for most of the water I drink. And I drink a fair amount every day. Its my main source of hydration. So it has to be top notch quality. I just hope it doesn't increase in cost much more, or I wont be able to afford the replacements.

Water pitcher and filters

Patriot supply has been great to work with. I’ve ordered (so far) 3 filter pitchers and 1 countertop water filter system. I love the clean water and am drinking more of it now that it tastes so much better. I’ve only had 1 little issue with a product and it was handled promptly by the awesome customer service team. The product actually arrived sooner than expected. At my job, I work in shipping & receiving and I know that sometimes it can take a month to receive some of the supplies we need to build things. So from that perspective I was really surprised at how quickly the water filters got to me. As for the water filters themselves, I like the new design, where you don't have to screw it onto a faucet. I regularly change where I live, and the faucets are all different—some were easy, others not so easy. So the new design is good. And I feel like it filters out a lot of chemicals from the tap water in Phoenix, AZ. Good job, guys, keep up the good work.

Dependable and Reliable

I was looking for water filters and while I already have the larger stainless steel model, I wanted filters for the smaller hand model and I've used Alexapure for years. I've trusted Patriot Supply before and they've had this at the price I was willing to spend. So, thank you Patriot Supply, with what you have, to be prepared for concerned people. One note, these were at one time available on Amazon but they have a simlar version/types but I don't trust that version, it's more generic.

[Rewarded Review] Fits Old-Style AlexaPure Pitcher Too!

These filters fit my old AlexaPure style pitcher! Even though the filter shape is different, they still screw in snuggly. I was concerned I would have to replace the whole pitcher when I couldn't find the old type of filters. While what I received is NOT like the picture, I'm pleased they work. And without the dumb funnel piece - they are pre-primed now!

I had purchased an AlexaPur water filter replacement awhile ago but just recently opened it to find that the charcoal bits of one of the filters had all fallen out. I guess the filter somehow fell apart and I was extremely disappointed so I called customer service. The man I spoke to, Mitch, was extremely nice and shipped out a brand new pair of filters for free. I’ve been ordering from My Patriot Supply for a couple years already and I plan to continue to do so! Thank you so much for everything! I really appreciate it.

Love the taste

The water filter works so well. You can taste the difference between the Brita and this. We poured two samples or water and you can see the difference in the clarity too. Highly recommend the filters and the pitcher. We are using it on an rv. Live full time and can't trust all water sources.

Alexapure

We’ve been using the pro and up buying another. The water tastes so much better plus we like the 99% screening out rate of all substances. We are getting one for each of our kids. The filters are pretty pricey though. The upside is that they last so long (for us about 3-4 years for I’ve filter).

Pitcher filters

The purchase and delivery experience was perfect. I had been trying to find replacement filters for my pitcher but couldn't find any that looked the same. I looked on MPS site and saw these so I called and was assured these work with my pitcher so I ordered them. I like using the pitcher filter because our tap water has staining calcium and whatever else most systems have that aren't good and I've been using it for a few years. I had just put in the last set of filters I got from another source but they didn't sell them anymore so I found these on MPS. I haven't used these new ones yet but did buy a year's supply.

Cumbersome to use

I like the fact that it filters a lot of things from the water. I don't like the design. I changed from a pitcher that has a wide area to fill with water and a spout that is easy to use. This pitcher is very particular - as the spout often gets stuck to the pitcher and water comes out on the sides. I lifted up the spout and it came off easily. I had to get a funnel to use when filling it with a small stream of water. Besides focusing on the contaminants you need to work on the design.

A new filter, fast filtering and water tastes so good!

Don't you just love the taste of pure, clean,water? That's the way our water tastes after new filters. Pure, clean and so good! Yes! I love new filters for my Alexapure water pitcher. Alexa pure filters out all 99.9% of all impurities in city water! Think of that! No more bad taste, or additional chemicals they use to CLEAN the water. ALL GONE FOREVER

Alexapure Pitcher Water filter

I am very satisfied with my purchase of the water filter. As others have said, the water tastes much better than straight from the tap, and my coffee really tastes better! I live in an old building and have suspected that the pipes are leaching heavy metals. I feel better protected now that I'm not being poisoned by the tap water.

Water Filters

These filers are not only great they get the job done. I filtered a picture of water and gave a sample to the Suffolk County Water Authority to be tested. The reason is where i live in a 7 story building the water i'snt good at all. Well the results came back and the sample was 99.8% clean of toxins. The Alexapure filtration system really works. I am really happy with product and highly recommend it.

Very good product

I have used the pitcher filter for a long time. The city water usually tastes strong chlorine, and most people do not like the taste. This filter greatly improves the taste, so that I enjoy drinking the water, also I filter the water before using it to make coffee or tea. Every one loves the coffee made with water from this filter. I plan on using the filter system for the years to come.

Alexa pure pitcher

Shipping was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. Priming the filters was a breeze, the simple instructions provided is all that was required. I absolutely love our new Alexa pure pitcher. We are on a well and actually have great tasting water, so I didn’t expect a change in “taste”. But the filter absolutely made the water even better tasting, to the point my children are now only asking for water !!!

Overall, I'd say my satisfaction is around 60-65 percent. I can recommend it to others who value pure water without having to make a large up-front investment.

Very good filters

They are easy to install in the pitcher. The first day with brand new filters the water is delicious. When the filter runs down, so water is barely coming through there is a small change in flavor, but it is still way better than my countertop charcoal filter by another brand. Also I used Alexapure filtered water to fill my canner when I canned some pickles. With tap water I get bad minerals inside the canner, that you can't even remove. If I did heavy canning (like 40 minutes) I used to get a build up of yellowish ring of crystals that would get so bad I could smell something the next time I canned. Halogens are yellow. Those deposits were either chlorine or fluorine. I have only canned one batch with Alexapure water but its the first time the canner wasn't clouded up and crusted inside when I was done. And I swear breathing was easier. Good product. I now hate my other rand countertop water filter and stopped using it except to peel vegetables.

After reviewing many counter top items only found a few that removed fluoride. One filtered a lot of water but review said it was slow.
