Good finish but faulty powerboost

Faucet works looks nice and works well except that the powerboost function is stuck on. On the bright side, it's very powerful.

Poor quality

Only lasted 2yrs. Moen will not replace without receipt. I’ve never been asked for that before. As a professional plumber this was a surprise. I have only sold Moen for 18yrs but will look at other manufacturers now as their warranty is going down hill.

No warranty garbage.

I have used Moen for years, this is the first time they have ever refused a warranty request from me as a professional plumber. I had a customer with this faucet only 2yrs old, electronics went out and Moen refused to replace without a receipt of purchase. They have never before requested this. Save your money don’t spend $750 on this faucet that is prone to failures. Moen unfortunately seems to be heading down the poor quality path and we will be shopping elsewhere with kind of service.

Beautiful Gold smart faucet

I just installed my brand new moen faucet and like the beautiful brass gold finish which goes with the gold zinc. Easy installation and set up

I’ve had nothing but problems with this faucet. I installed it and was never able to use the talk feature as the faucet was not able to connect to my internet. I spoke with Moen for assistance, on the phone for hours. They didn’t know. It requires 6 D batteries every 3 months. Today it just stopped working. Water running, now just dripping. Flashing purple, there is no code anywhere for purple. Moen has never been able to help. Super disappointed and I was so excited to purchase this. Dont buy it!!

This faucet is a complete mess

First off this thing is a complete mess. You can't even configure it to work in the most basic ways without it being on the internet. I don't want a faucet to need to be on the internet to get it working.

Horrible and Inconsistent

We had our faucet installed on our new home and from the get-go it has been inconsistent. Sometimes the water doesn't shut off all the way and we have to play with the handle and wave our hand across the motion sensor repeatedly to turn it off and on until it finally fully shuts off. Sometimes the water turns on by itself. The biggest problem we faced was when the control box just stopped working and the water completely shuts off and there is no way to bypass it. We have been out of water in our kitchen sink for 2 weeks and no response or action from Moen. Take your money elsewhere until a better product and service are available.

I returned this as the color did not match my pot filler. This is more of an orange brass, not my favorite

Easy to install

Just installed my kitchen faucet. Was very easy to install.

Batteries die and tap doesn’t work.

I love the design of this tap and the touchless feature but I can’t wait to replace it. If the batteries die the tap doesn’t work. What a terrible design. I would expect that if the batteries die then you can’t use the touchless feature but nope. The whole tap doesn’t work. Literally insane this passed quality control. We are now having a hardware issue and the whole tap is garbage. I will never buy a smart technology tap from moen again. I can’t replace this thing fast enough.

Not really happy with it. Bought the brass look one. The faucet doesn't have the red and blue dots for hot or cold which should be standard with any faucet. Also major flaw, the once you put your fingers on the spout to pull out or on the faucet - it leaves dark spots. Needs constant cleaning. Not a good value for the money.

Clean lines. Holding up well. Hose does not always retract, but a tug and lift gets it back in. Finish is nice.

Works as described. Using Alexa to operate is an eye opener to our guests. The only thing is doesn’t do is move right or left on it’s on, we need that now ?

So many issues

We’ve had this for over a year now and have had lots of issues. The water will either not run at all or will not stop running. Even after replacing of batteries. Something this expensive shouldn’t have this many issues.

Excellent quality and works well

Broken after three months

I bought this three months ago and it has already broken. And there’s no way to override the “smart” features which means I have no running water in my kitchen. Very disappointed.

Smart Faucet

Stylish and functional. I love how the light changes from blue to red as the water heats and it’s hands free function.

Not Yet Ready for Prime Time

The faucet chews through batteries every few weeks. I have an AC power supply on order but it should have been included with the faucet.

Unreliable

The control box was replaced after one year and after a few months it didn't work. We had to shut off the water in the kitchen sink. This occurred over Memorial Day Weekend when no-one from Moen was available. I am now looking for a replacement; not a Moen, though. I owned this product for 2 years. The customer service is unacceptable.

No google support, no smart features without Alexa

Worked great for a short period of time while google supported their ‘Ask Morn’ feature. That was dropped today, meaning it’s essentially not a smart faucet anymore until moen works out proper google integration or I buy an Alexa
