Somewhat satisfied

Numerous lives to assemble. Workmanship somewhat poor, I guessed if they sent used bedtime. I had to touch up the wood where it dented or chipped. Once completed it seem to be sturdy. It been assembled for about two weeks, time will tell if it will last.

The headboard was broke upon delivery but replaced with no problem. Installation was a problem. But I worked around it. The frame itself is nice overall but I’m afraid it’ll break if too much weight is added.

Window for return expired before I put together unfortunately. Product arrived damaged. Product ultimately was able to be put together with brute force and bending of brackets. Buyer beware. Stay away.

Not the best but not the worse

Overall nice bed for a teenager...Flimsy headboard and my gosh the way the drilled the holes to do the screws is beyond terrible. It will take you awhile aligning and re-aligning every screw to put this bed together. Once put together it seems like very firm platform. Will see how long it last with a teenage boy jumping up and down

Pretty, but…

Where the bed is pretty and matches the picture it came without instruction and was missing hardware. We believe we figured it out, and had to make a trip to the hardware store where they thankfully had bolts with enough of a match to work where they are hidden. Without the need for a box spring we both felt after the first night that we were rolling toward the outside edge, as the supporting slats are curved. I still like the bed, but was disappointed.

This bed arrived with the box banged up and the styrofoam packaging broken into pieces. The panels had chunks knocked out of them and the "wood" veneer was peeling off along the edges. Besides the shipping and handling, it was missing a critical piece and could not be assembled. STRONGLY discourage this purchase.

Arrived broken and chipped. Made of very cheap wood. The instructions were a puzzle and so annoying. Took hours to put together and figure out since there were very vague instructions. The wood is so cheap and bends, I do not feel comfortable placing a bed or any weight on this thing. Held together with tiny screws that barely fit and easily warp.

Missing screws. Holes do not allign.

My son picked this bed because of the design. Looked great and sturdy as well. We had a hard time putting the bed together because the holes were not aligned. We had to drill new holes. We were also missing a couple of screws to hold the headboard. Had to make a trip hardware store.

Overall good quality bed

The good: a great looking bed. Sharp, clean mines and feel sturdy. The tufting is tight and it has a high quality feel to it. The clearance from the ground is about 13 inches which was great for my look. The headboard is adjustable up to about 49 inches by the way!

Dont waste your money or time.

It arrived damaged, box is busted open, pieces of the frame are moving around freely and n the box. Theres a 12 in by 3 foot hole in the side of the box. The side boards have gashes in them. Not sure what's still in the box and what's missing. They wont replace it only refund it. So I have to miss work to set up a pick up time because the box is over 100 lbs and I'm a small female. Absolutely a giant waste of money and time. Dont make the same mistake.

Very beautiful bed, but…

We love the look of this bed. We ordered this bed online about a month ago. It took about a week to come in. It arrived at the store, we picked it up. We opened the box and the second box inside of that which carried the bed. All the pieces looked great. Found that they hid a lot of the pieces inside the headboard. This may be why others found the headboard broken upon arrival. Once everything was out we saw it was missing a side rail. There was no phone number to call. No we did not just try to call Home Depot. We packaged back up and returned it to Home Depot store, we asked if we could just exchange the bed. We were told no because it was from a third party. We returned it. Still a really beautiful bed. We looked for something else. After much searching and hesitation we reordered the bed. This one took about a week. The bed was only in one box this time. Fortunately, all the pieces were there. See pictures (not able to upload all of them). The instructions (see pictures) are a joke. There are many pieces with bad dings and splintered/broken wood. We sanded them down. The bed is all wood so this worked for the most part. A side rail piece was bent and we had to force straighten. A few of the holes on the wood that holds the headboard to the bed were not drilled properly so we flipped it around to match up since we were not using the top holes. Then the corner piece, I am calling the footagon piece, the holes did not line up so we did not add a screw. Bed is still stable without this 1 screw, you could drill this out and fix, but come on. We inserted the slates. At first they did not all seem to fit. We placed at an angle and slid them in tightly. We ordered the full size. We have a full size mattress with no box spring. You can see the slates on either side. Overall, I still love the bed. Very nice. Very sturdy. Easy fixes and it did not take all that long to build. Would recommend for any style of room. Very versatile.

Disappointment

I order this bed and upon checking for all the pieces the head board was broken in the inside, you can here all the wood in the inside moving around. Since I really liked the color of the head board I called for a replacement and when I received the replacement the box was broken and the legs were missing from the box. This was ridiculous it seemed like both time I received returned used item. I am beyond disappointed with this purchase I really liked the frame and it looked like the picture but to receive this item twice and to have issues I would never buy something from this manufacturer.

Absolutely love it no regrets!

I am loving the bedframe so far. The instructions were a little difficult to follow, there was just one page with pictures and not a whole lot of words. The packaging was super messy, nothing broken or scratched that I have noticed, just styrofoam that went everywhere I had to vaccume the pieces before assembly. The frame itself is beautiful and the only complaint I can find is that the ends of the screws to put in the headboard stick out farther than everything else meaning unless you put holes in your drywall the headboard wont be flush against the wall and unless you put something between the wall and screw you'll probably end up with some holes. If instructions were more clear and the screws didn't hit the wall it would easily be 5 stars.

This is a pretty terrible bed and I’m bummed we didn’t return it. When we received it, the slats were an inch too wide to fit. Wayfair send they could send us the right ones but it was going to take a month. So instead they have us 15% back and I spent a morning cutting 1” off every slat. We finally got it put together and it’s fine for like 2 nights. Since then, the support legs have collapsed 3 times. I’ve re-installed them using L brackets but the last time the whole middle board just twisted and the legs came out from under it. I think the root of the problem is that the support legs are too short so the entire weight of the bed is supported on little leveling feet the size of a dime. All of the screws in the support slats have come out because they’re only long enough to go like 1/4” into the wood you’re screwing into. So tomorrow I’ll be going to get longer wood screws and to find a solution for the support legs but I’m real annoyed about it. The bolts at the base of the headboard also stick out past the headboard so it’s made gouges in the wall. Pass on this. Even though I have to admit, it looks really good.

Great platform bed, Great price!

Absolutely love this bed! Not only does it look great but this mid century platform bed is a great find for the price - Delivered two weeks before estimated delivery date which was great. Ordered the Queen and dimensions are accurate. Essembly took some time, all the parts and tools were included, so it was an easy process overall. Love the adjustable head board, I have a 12inch hybrid mattress and it adjusts to the perfect height. It’s sturdy, well made and has good clearance from floor to underside of bed which was surprising for a platform bed. Really impressed and very happy with it!
