No sender information, no personal message

I ordered this item from a wedding registry. At the time of the order, I listed my contact information and also included a personal message for the recipients. The item arrived "anonymously" with no sender information and minus the personal message. The recipients were asking around to see if anyone knew who sent it. Inexcusable! Also when I tried to use your website links to contact Customer Service, none of them worked. Probably because I use a Mac. How global minded of you not to include Macs in your software. They have only been on the market for 40 years. I saw that you have an iOS app that can be downloaded. Again, why weren't they included in the first place? When I tried calling Customer Service, I got the usual long hold time. I will never purchase from you again.

Great stockpot

We decided to buy individual pots rather than a set because the sets didn’t have all the sizes we wanted or needed. This was one of the sizes I did need and I love it. I’ve already made sauce twice in it. It’s a good size and is easy to maneuver because it’s not as tall as the pots I’ve used to make sauce in the past. I can see I will get a lot of use out of it.

Essential piece in my kitchen

Great for one pot meals. Brown meats, remove and pre-cook veggies, add meat back and simmer for a few hours. If you get the temperature right, no need to stir but once or twice an hour. Good in the oven to 600 degrees. Cooks extremely evenly and cleans easily. If I didn't have a stockpot, I wouldn't miss it; this is a more versatile pan. Get it.

Beautiful products!! Extraordinary cookware.

Have wanted All-Clad forever. Finally bought a whole set plus some extra pieces. The cookware is beautiful. A bit heavy, but it has been fun getting used to a new way of cooking. My one concern was cleaning the products. Seems like the inside of each piece stained easily, even if only boiling water for pasta. I checked on-line and purchased Barkeeper's Friend. Most, but not all, of the stains came out. Water spots are also an issue. Pre-washing and then into the dishwasher is the key. So, it's a bit of work to keep the cookware looking like new, but worth the effort. I'm very pleased that I bought this cookware and look forward to many years of enjoyable use. Will absolutely recommend All-Clad to my friends--but I will add the caveat regarding the ease of cleaning. And will certainly recommend cutleryand more. Love your "store."
