No complaints- the first day the unit generated a lot of heat, but then “settled” in. Temp has been pretty consistent within a few degrees. Customer service provided was exceptional.

Works great. Had it built in which cost a lot more than the actual cooler but love the look.

Had it for almost two years now. Works pretty flawlessly. I keep a temp/humidity monitor in there and the average actual temp stays very close to the unit setting. Have about 85 bottles crammed in it, 50/50 mix of Bordeaux and Pinot bottles.

Can't say enough good things about this company. Not only do they have incredible pricing but they really do stand behind their products. When I encountered issues with my last unit they bent over backwards to help. We now have purchased 3 units from them and they've been great!

It looks perfectly matching our kitchen setups. Store many expensive Bordeaux and NAPA reds impeccably.

Photos of bottle layout are incorrect. There is no way that you can lay a bottle in front of other bottles. All the advertisements and even the picture on the box that surrounds the cooler are incorrect. A real disappointment. Another item of concern is the temperature setpoint does not hold very well. There is a + or - temperature range of 4 degrees.

Motor Burt out in 13 months

Already got a replacement after 2 months of having it now the motor went completely out.

Very spacious interior. I was skeptic at first if it can really hold 115 bottles. But so far, we put 98 and there is still a lot of space inside.

user manual is easy to follow. i didn't encounter any problems when i was placing my wines. the shelves are sturdy, adjustable, and removable which makes it easier for me.

Great product

A sleek and stylish design. Plenty of space for a good stock up. Didn't get nearly 99 bottles in it, but that's the problem of all these non standard bottles. Much quieter than previous wine fridge.
