[Rewarded Review] Did not work!

Preferred this fridge online, and when we received it and logged it in, it did not work. All it did after we set the temps was go back to zero and been continuously. It looked great but it was a lemon! Very disappointing!

Steer clear of New Air

I have two of these at different houses. One has had to have two major repairs in the first four years of its life. The other one just went out too, so I am not going down the repair road again. Just going to go with another brand that is reliable and does break down frequently like the two current New Air pieces of junk that were bought back just a few years ago.

Would not buy again.

Died after 2 years

Purchased this for 1,200 for a renovation and installed it in 2022. It's not overworked or anything. Temperatures weren't set too cold. Left for vacation and came home to the unit on but not cooling. User manual is not helpful and a one year warranty isn't going to help us.

[Rewarded Review] some design flaws of shelf spacing

It appears well built. operation is quiet. cosmetically good looking. My issue is with the spacing of the shelves. bigger wine bottles fit tightly so you have to lift the shelf above the remove the bottles. beer bottles don't quite fit vertically into double space, so you have to triple space and loose some capacity. The bottom shelf has a slight slant so things tend to roll out.

Very Disappointed

Purchased NewAir 24" dual zone wine & beverage fridge for our newley remodeled den. We paid over $850.00 for the unit, and have had the unit a very short time. The unit will not keep beverages below 57 degrees. Contacted NewAir and they advised unit is out of warranty but I could purchase/order temperature sensors and they would provide installation instructions. Think twice before purchasing this "high end" NewAir dual zone mini-fridge.

Nice looking and like the individual door locks. A little noisier than i expected.

The NewAire beverage cooler is awesome. We had a different item that we were originally going to purchase but are glad we chose this one instead! It keeps everything at the perfect temperature and it is amazingly quiet. Hopefully it will continue to be as quiet. It is also a good looking cooler. We would definitely recommend it and would purchase it again if we needed another one.

I ran across this unit as I was looking to replace an earlier unit of this same brand. It is not holding up after 4 years. It won't keep colder than 60 degrees, and no warranty. Get the extended warranty if you buy it.

This product is great. It has capacity for a reasonable number of wine bottles while still providing room for bottles of cocktail liquids like lime juice, lemon juice and even my martini olives. Oh and we fit in plenty of cans of soft drinks, and beer. What could be better?

Works as designed and is quite when running. Only complaint is that the instructions aren’t very clear about handle installation. Much easier if you pull the seal loose where the mounting screws pass through.
