I want to believe others' review, but the item I received has a problem. One pole of the two is slightly bended, so hard to push down. But Finally i got good replacement.

We were in need to produce a larger volume of tomatoes slices for our burgers and chopped onions for our hotdogs. This was an vital purchase to improve productivity for a large volume being used daily. We highly recommend this product for anyone that is also facing this dilemma.

we were looking for a more efficient way of chopping onions and this is it. It takes not time at all to prep for the day with this vegetable chopper. I don't know why we didn't think of purchasing one of these earlier. Highly recommended for a busy commercial kitchen.

We have a couple of these in each of our locations. These dicers are very durable and also make perfectly sized prepped vegetables quickly and safely.

This vegetable slicer works great to slice a large number of vegetables quickly. We tend to use this to slice tomatoes and onions. The unit itself is easy to clean when finished.

this helps our busy deli save time and save on labor it takes half the time and pays it self off the first 2 weeks in labor

This chopper works really well for dicing vegetables. I like having consistent sizes for chopped veggies, and this makes prepping a breeze. My only complaint is that is is REALLY HARD to clean. It takes twice as long to pick out all the little bits of residue that stay in the chopper than it does to prep containers of veggies. Still worth the work, but if anyone has tips, please pass them along.

We use this Nemco Veggie Dicer for our onions and it slices through them like butter. Very well made device and saves a ton of time and money on prep work.

From green peppers to onions if you're doing a high quality quantity this is perfect for dicing up all of that perfect size would highly suggest.

Good product! Efficient and sturdy. Great for break down of veg in large quantities. It does require some force but if your busting through a 50# sack of onions your not looking to finesse the process.

I have to chop so many onions (so many!) for our food truck business. This vegetable dicer makes short work of the job and delivers uniform pieces for my recipes.

I love my vegetable dicer! Makes chopping so quick and uniform! The only cons is cleaning it out. And no chopping anything mushy (ie eggs) because it gets stuck on top.

Very misleading, page listed several cutting pieces included in the photo, yet only one cutting bracket and blade included, you must by each one separate {at $100 a piece} why can you not just list that as being the case then use a misleading photo??
