Love it! But sprayer now working incorrectly.....

Our faucet is about 8 months old and up to now, it has been amazing! Looks great and for once, we actually have decent water pressure! However, yesterday, the sprayer started acting up. The spray comes out of the head but there is also a straight stream of water coming out of the centre - at the same time. This reduces the pressure of the spray. I have contacted Customer Support and am hoping this is an easy fix!

This is a beautiful heavyweight and very durable kitchen faucet. Took a bit for my plumber friend to get the time this summer to get to our home, though it was worth the wait.

Looks greats, nice to use, and over all its a great faucet. I was so excited to have a new faucet, the directions were simple. You do have to have some knowledge of plumbing but very basic stuff. I am so happy to replaced my old faucet with this one!

I'm loving our new Amalfi faucet. It was very simple to install myself. The directions are clear. It was well packaged and well protected in packaging. I love the modern, sleek look and complimented our kitchen well. I love how tall it is to fill any pan without having to remove the head to fill my tallest pan. The dual action sprayer is amazing and powerful. It goes back into position itself when pulling down and releasing. It effortlessly turns on and off. If you have dirty hands then it's no problem to use your wrists. Highly recommend!

This faucet upgraded the builder grade faucet that came with our new build and it is a serious upgrade. Immediately upon looking at it, it’s beautiful and then once you actually use it the quality is evident. It feels well constructed and made to last. Installation was standard and as easy to switch out as it should be. The spray feature is easy to turn on and pops off once you turn the faucet off so there aren’t any surprises the next time you turn the water back on. Ultimately, I’m really happy with it and thinking about replacing bathroom faucets now!

I got this faucet because my previous one was acting up. It was one of those fancy automatic hands free ones. I was so sad and thought I couldn't live with out those features, but honestly it was so much more trouble than it was worth. I intended this faucet to be temporary as I am doing a kitchen remodel in the near future. After having it for just a couple weeks I have decided that it will stay with the new kitchen. It was as easy as installing a kitchen faucet can be, didn't take long at all. This thing is sturdy and well made. Looks and feels like a quality product that will last a good long time. I like the modern sleek design. Looks great and really easy to keep clean. The water spray is strong. Might get a little splash when you turn it on until you figure out how far to turn it on to start, but it does such an awesome job of cleaning the dishes and washing vegetables and such that it is worth it. The nozzle pulls out easily and with the strong spray the sink gets cleaned well and then it retracts nicely right where it belongs, no fussing to get it seated. This is the best kitchen faucet I have ever had. Don't hesitate to get it!

Before you start, read the instructions carefully. Once you do that it will be very easy to install yourself. It took us only about 20 minutes and that was including cleaning up and removing everything that was under the sink and on it. I love the pull down sprayer option. Comes in handy while washing dishes or cleaning up. The water sprays with a nice steady stream and the pressure is what you need to get the dishes properly clean!

This Amalfi Faucet has been a great addition to my kitchen. I was immediately impressed by the look and feel of the faucet. It is built out of quality materials and is built to last. The install process was very easy and only took around 5-10 minutes to install after taking off my previous faucet. The handles are easy to move and have a very smooth feel. The pull-down sprayer is smooth and very handy. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an upgrade in their kitchen that is both functional and beautiful.

We recently installed Gerber’s Amalfi single handle pull down kitchen faucet. It is a very sleek and contemporary design with a high arched faucet that complements our kitchen design quite well. We went with the stainless steel that matches our vent hood and stove top. It is a one hole design so I was required to buy block off plate at an additional cost which was the only real downside of this faucet. I assumed it would include one at this price point. Looks great even with the plate. We have nice stone countertops that we are keeping and they already have 3 holes from old faucet but they are covered totally by the new plate. The spray head pulls out smoothly and provides great pressure when cleaning plate and cookware. Overall very happy with this kitchen faucet.

I got this single pull down faucet for our kitchen outside. This pull down is going to help me out alot when it comes to rinsing the sun and around the sink after I scrub it. Not let’s just hope it doesn’t rise from the weather changes

This kitchen faucet is so simple ,elegant and beautiful. Looks exactly like in pics, sleek and nice. Good quality product with nice looks. Comes with installation manual that is very easy to understand and implement. The single button helps to switch between spray and flow mode and it is very easy to switch while using. I love everything about this faucet.

It works great and looks awesome, very sleek design. It has a powerful spray. You can do a solid stream or multiple stream spray with the retractable hose. The only thing I dislike is that it had a recommended cover plate assembly, so I got that also, but it doesn't fit right. The faucet hangs over the edge of it. Other than that, I love it.

This is a heavy and well made faucet. It was pretty easy for me to install (good at installing faucets). It looks simple and yet quite stylish. The pull down sprayer from the faucet spout is just perfect and works nicely. The water pressure is pretty good too, way better than my old one. It looks a little big for my small sink, but I’m still quite satisfied with the choice.
