Not what it claims to be

The front panel of this heater is a lie. It is not the heat-emitting surface of the device. It is just a piece of glass painted white. This device is VERY primitive. It contains a simple horizontal heating element at the bottom of the heater and hot air exits through slots in the black metal housing at the top. This thing could be one-third the height it currently is. It was designed as a fake, a lie. I am NOT happy that Lowes Purchasing sold this junk to me and wasted my time forcing me to return it. If I want to buy junk I'll go to AliBaba or whatever that junk market is. The reason I go to Lowes is because the Purchasing Department is SUPPOSED to vet items available for sale. YOU FAILED. My trust in online purchase at Lowes is at an all-time low. If your intention was to increase online sales - YOU FAILED.
