This is the only toilet I ever want. I live several places and always put this toilet in to replace what was there

Love the toilet!

Several years ago I researched toilets. I wanted one that you couldn't clog. I discovered there are different size trapways. When I was needing a toilet for a rental, I wanted one with a large trapway to avoid clogging. This one has a 2 1/8" trapway. It hasn't clogged yet. Highly recommend!

Mad at myself

The toilet is cracked, right on the top at the front. I didn't see it upon inspection. I saw it when it had already been installed in the bright bathroom & the crack became visible. The tank & toilet seat were fine.

flaw

At 7 years a crack developed initiating at the flush handle that slowly extended down the tank over time. I assumed that the nylon nut holding the handle had been overly tightened at install, and replaced the tank at my expense. At 8 years (present) a very long crack has developed across the front of the bowl, in an inverted T shape from the rim down front and around to both sides but not extending to bolt locations at the base. It is in a master bath of two average sized adults in a well-cared-for home. This indicates a material flaw, not user error.

bowl replacement

The bowl was purchased to replace one which we bought less than 8 years ago and which was hardly ever used- but it had cracked. Can't call that good quality. Hopefully this one will last a bit longer! But good service from Ferguson, no complaints!

American Standard to the rescue!!

This toilet is great. Very strong flush with little water. This toilet was chosen for me by the American Standard customer service department to replace a Champion Pro 6 model which developed a hairline crack in tank. American Standard stands by their lifetime warranty on their chinaware.

Received in good shape. Delivery company followed directions and placed in garage

So bad. Making a claim on the warrantee has taken 10 months (so far). Expected date of delivery of a replacement bowl i 6 weeks from now, or perhaps August (a year after our complaints to the retailer and manufacturer. I tried to add a photo of the very grungy bowl - couldn't..

This American Standard Campion Pro is an excellent toilet

Great toilet

My wife is a little short, and loves this height of toilet. We have other American Standard Champion toilets and appreciate the flushing capabilities of these toilets.

Get the Vortex instead

The sales, delivery experience was great no complaints. The toilet is a complete letdown.

American standard champion toilet

This is a very high-quality toilet. It is taller than the standard toilet which makes it easier to sit on. Note that the handle is on the right, which is the opposite to the majority of toilets.
