Full disclosure: We're not installing this base for another couple of weeks, but I picked up my order at the store yesterday and took the base out for inspection after getting home.

The shower base is solid and inflexible which is exactly what I was looking for. Fits perfectly into location And came with very good installation instructions. This piece should last a lifetime.

Extremely Impressed

The mat finish is silky smooth but not the least bit slippery and they say that you can sand out stains or blemishes with 400 grit paper, much like Corian. Weighing in at 111 lbs, it feels rock solid. Will definitely use again!

Great shower base!

My husband and I just renovated our bathroom and took a chance on this new product. We have never heard of solid surface before and the base was just smooth with no anti-slip features. We finally got to use it and we love it! It is NOT slippery at all. The design is so sleek especially because it was designed with the drain covered. It is such a good product!
