Poor quality

This was purchased to replace my mom and dads that had been in service for 30years. After a long wait, and getting. The tub placed and hooked up, I sadly found one of the jets leaking. Closure inspection, there is a gap between the flange and tub wall, allowing the water to leak through. It appears the jet was not sealed and tightened and no way to see it yourself. What horrendous quality control, and the fall of a classic well known brand.

I bought a Jacuzzi Whirlpool Tub 15 years ago; after 10 years the 'air actuation switch' went bad; I replaced it myself for $35. I have since sold the house and I'm shopping for another Jacuzzi Whirlpool to install in my new house. Excellent product!

Well Worth the Money

My wife and I were looking to upgrade our traditional alcove tub to a whirlpool tub. We compared the Jacuzzi tubs to Kohler tubs and decided to go with Jacuzzi because of their warranty and overall features. Not only does the Jacuzzi tub look better, this particular model also has four jets for your back versus the two from the comparable Kohler tub. The caveat with the four jets at your back is that you lose the two jets for your feet which Kohler tubs offer. This wasn't a problem for us because we both suffer from back problems. Overall this tub was very easy to install. From setting the tub to hooking up the electric everything was flawless. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and especially from Build.com.
