do not purchase! buyer beware
tub leaked from not one but 2 jets on the 4th use! it was installed in an upstairs bathroom so we had thousands of dollars worth of damage. the jets didn't just leak, the pipes leading to 2 of the jets completely disconnected. Lowes won't do anything since it was already installed. jacuzzi won't do anything but repair. why would I want to repair those 2 jets? so I can use it again and have the other ones break and go through all of this again? stand behind your product. there was obviously a defect, unless 2 jets disconnecting on the first few uses is normal. do not buy this tub.
I did not get the opportunity to open the box. Everything looked good. The Young Men that delivered the tub they handle everything with caution and caring. They gave respect to us and handle the merchandise on the property. Thank you Wayfair.
Absolutely beautiful tub! Plumber hasn’t hooked it up yet. New construction. It did have a break in the lip of the edge but the tile should cover this. Wayfair gave me a fair amount for the damage and I am very pleased with the customer service and delivery service.
3 leaks out of pocket $55
Delivery was great. Problem is the tub had 3 leaks, one of which needed extensive repair. Neither Spa World nor Lowes could recommend a repair shop. Mfg did provide some of the parts for the repair and a partial reimbursement for the labor. Delayed install 3 weeks to resolve which costs more than the repair. I gave two stars because in the end the tub is what was needed and does function well. Never again with these people.
DO NOT BUY
I bought this tub about a year ago. A big part of my decision to get it was the well known name "Jacuzzi'. A few months after it was installed, I saw that water was leaking from the ceiling on the first floor directly under the tub. I saw a hairline crack about an inch long on the floor of the tub. I went to Loews where I purchased it & they told me I would have to contact Jacuzzi because it was more than 90 days old. They gave me their phone number. I have been calling it for MONTHS and no one ever answers! I even hit the option for "sales' in the hope of speaking to SOMEONE. I have emailed Jacuzzi numerous times and have yet to receive a response. I totally remodeled my bathroom around getting a Jacuzzi whirlpool and not only have I never even used it, but now we take showers in a small bathroom off my bedroom AND I have a GIGANTIC yellow stain on the ceiling in the bathroom on my main floor from this tub! Sooooo thought Jacuzzi would stand behind their products but I have never been able to reach anyone ---- and they don't respond to their emails!
Beautiful tub installed well. Filled it up for the first time. Turned on the Jets lasted for five minutes. The GFI shut it off, looked inside the compartment and there was water on the ground underneath. We are trying to get the problem fixed before we call in since it’s still under warranty.
Everything you need for a good price
This tub has everything you need! Clean lines, extra deep, and wide. It is a great tub for a reasonable price. The first one came cracked unfortunately, but Build sent me a new one within a week.
Jury Still Out....
Doesn't work...installed this for our customer and the motor won't work. May change rating in the future based on Jacuzzi's timeliness in fixing this problem.
Cow Watering Tub
First of all getting Jecuzzi Company to work with you over the phone line IS A JOKE. I installed a 36in x 60 in Whirlpool Tub into a New home that I was building and nothing worked. The pump or the heater would not come on and this so called PROUD company told me to fill out a form and then thay would get back with me in 3 to 5 days. So I'm ready to send it back to this Proud Company.
Would have been really nice to know that adding a heater to this tub will void the manufacturer's warranty. I didn't read it anywhere in the literature and only learned after the tub was installed from the plumber doing the installation. The tub is great if you don't plan on having a heater to maintain the hot water. Otherwise a great product so far.
We received this tub, because of a previous review we filled the tub and tested for leaks prior to installation. One of the main jets dripped. Jacuzzi's response was to send another tub. It leaked badly around the motor and it wound up being the tub returned. Long story short, a technician came to the house, fixed original leak at jet. This should have been Jacuzzi's initial response. It delayed the remodel for months. Jacuzzi's quality is not what it use to be.
Came in damaged
Came in damaged. Tub is very thin. Poorly packaged. Had to return. And I still got charged the $80 home delivery
Great company to deal with. Installation is still in progress...
Great company to deal with. Installation is still in progress but we are excited.

Bought this Jacuzzi on line...Very disappointed. The length and width of the tub is much smaller when you get in due to the shape of the tub. The motor on the jacuzzi is very loud and we can't figure out how to turn on the heater or if it automatically turns on. Also you have to be very careful not to sit up during the back jets on because the water will go all over the room! Not really happy with this purchase!

I love the tub. Size is nice for a small alcove space. Nice overall design. It did not come with a drain. Maybe that’s standard, but it led to another trip to the store for us. Biggest issue we had with installation was due to an issue when it was manufactured. There was a defect in one of the O rings at a jet that was not obvious during initial testing to verify there were no leaks in our plumbing. After first use, the downstairs tenet came home to collapsed ceiling tiles and wet insulation all over her dining room table. We had to remove the tub and set it up in the yard to refill and find the problem. Another trip to the hardware store for a new O ring fixed the leaking jet, but this was obviously a huge hassle and led to more work downstairs. It didn’t occur to us that we needed to check a new tub for leaks. The tub is great, but I recommend double checking for manufacturer defects before installation.

Only disappointment is I misunderstood that it didn’t come with a heater. When I looked at the installation instructions there were repeated comments about the heater. Turns out they were generic instructions for multiple models.
NO SUPPORT FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS- I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER A MONTH NOW FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR THIS TUB. IT HAS BEEN BACK ORDERED TWICE WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL ALSO BE ADVISING MY CONTRACTOR TO NOT RECOMMENED BUILD WITH FERGUSON AT ALL.

[Rewarded Review] Nice tub
I have had this for a little over a month installed. It's a very nice size. I don't like that you cannot turn jets off all the way as the back ones get a little crazy if the water dips below them. It seems that my cat scratched the top just from jumping on top of it so that was a little sad.
Caution if replacing a steel or iron tub
I just purchased this whirpool bathtub to replace an old steel alcove tub. The true dimensions of this 60" tub do not exactly match the true dimensions of my old tub. Plus the lip on the top edge for proper shower drainage is much thicker than that of a steel tub. Those things in combination are causing me to find some creative tiling solutions to make up for the difference where the cement backer will not sit flush with the surrounding drywall. Also the "access panel" for pump maintenance is very cheaply done with a cheap acrylic cutout. I'm going to have to find a way to dress that up as well. Overall a disappointment so far, but at this point I am already committed and will have to make the best of it.
Best experience , great service
I have never used Build.come before, so was a little bit apprehensive about buying such a large purchase. I decided to take a chance and purchase this Jacuzzi soaking /whirlpool tub. I couldn't be happier. A few days after I ordered my tub I received a call from a Jacuzzi Representative making sure that they had all the specifications correct before they shipped the tub. They were extremely informative about the shipping process and explained everything. My tub arrived today, and the freight company even helped my Husband get it into the garage.
