This is a great rug. It looks very expensive, is thick, and wears well. The pictures represent the colors well. I have ordered multiple Safavieh rugs from Overstock and have never been disappointed.

Another beautiful Safavieh rug

I was so happy with my previous purchase of a Safavieh rug I went with another! This rug is even nicer than my first! Very high pile and well made. The color is great and looks just like the picture! I would highly recommend.

Trusted brand!

I have never gone wrong with Safavieh! The only reason for one less star is that the colors are more muted than in the photo. (But honestly, I prefer it that way.)

GREAT PRODUCT

I placed this under my dining room table (dark cherry wood) and looks outstanding and really dresses up my dining room. Their are slight splashes of, rose, light green, yellows, browns and even a little, little, pink which POP when you add these colors with drapes or curtains all of which you can buy on here.

Handmade Oushak Ivory Wool Rug

The rug is beautiful and adds a lot of character to my living room. It does shed a bit but that's probably to be expected. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Shop around ... compare prices ... visit the big box stores and look at the prices for similar rugs made from synthetic fibers. They're around twice as much for the wool rugs on Overstock. We're very pleased with our purchase.

Nice little rug

This is a nice little rug - the colors are not quite as vibrant in person, but it still looks nice. Feels very plush. Perfect size for under a desk chair.

Quality is good but color is rather dull

The quality of this thick rug is good given the price. However the color of the rug is rather dull, it's not quite orange or brown and there is no shine.

We are basically very pleased with the rug. It does continue to shed but our cats are somewhat responsible for that. The subdued colors fit with our house very well and it is very soft underfoot. We live in the mountains and so house delivery was very helpful. All in all, a great purchase.

This is a beautiful Savafieh rug- Super plush & soft, looks so nice & expensive. I bought this one after receiving the matching 8 x 10. Saw online for 4 times the price. Beautiful & worth every penny!

lovely rug

This rug is an excellent value! I spent a lot of time shopping for rugs and to find a hand knotted wool rug at this cost is a great deal! The pile is soft and plush and I would say about 1/2". My cat adores it! No strong wool orders. The colors are true to the photo, but more vivid as the photo appears slightly washed out. I agree with others that the rust-colored flowers are more prominent in person which balances the rug nicely. I haven't vacuumed the rug yet so can't speak to shedding. I would describe the background as a light sandy beige, there is straw-gold, rust, salmon, sage, and the brown is more of a golden brown. The only possible complaint I could make is that there is some slight variance in the yarn for a particular color--but it is barely noticeable and is the result of the vegetable pot-dying. I doubt most people would ever notice it and to me it shows the rug is hand-made and hand-dyed.
