Missing parts, poor customer service

Gasket was missing. Called their number instead of returning. Took my details never got a response. Called again, no response for 3 days. Left me no choice but yo return the whole thing

Works well and the lighting is a nice color. Would recommend.

The range hood arrived on time and it looks great. Looking forward to installing it.

This was a great find. I had been searching for a specific size for our clients custom hood insert and this was exactly what I needed. It is easy to install and looks amazing in our custom hood. Would use again for other client projects.

Was perfect fit for my kitchen cabinets that l am making. Only thing that bothers me is that the exhaust fitting that was sent is plastic and the instructions clearly indicates that plastic should never be used! Why then send plastic? I need to feel safe and will have to find a metal replacement .

This hood fits great within our wooden hood. Works nicely too. Not too loud. Arrived in record time and wasn't damaged. I highly recommend. A+

Was easy to assemble and install but the low speed is very loud. Sounds like the fan is rattling...

Deffective

I bought one of these units and it arrived with the fan bracket broken at the spot welds. It was severely bent. I returned it and had another delivered. The second one also had its spot welds broken and the fan bracket was bent. I feel that these are being liquidated due to faulty welds. Still not worth the sale price - these should be sold as-is for $50.
