The device works perfectly on itself and with the app. I only need to fine tune it to my specific needs and work with other meats. But for now: really impressed

Min förra sous vide från Steba gick sönder efter 2,5 år. Köpte mig då denna från Anova som jag hittills är mycket nöjd med. Den är mindre än min Steba SV50, den låter mindre och jag tycker att den värmer vattnet till rätt temperatur snabbare. Jag testade temperaturen på vattnet med en termometer jag vet är korrekt, och den visade exakt samma gradtal som Avonovan gjorde, så det känns bra. Blev också positivt överraskad att den har wifi och inte "bara" blåtand som det det står i översikten. Jag rekommenderar verkligen ett köp.

Easy way to cook and everything cooked was tender and juicy

I immediately cooked bone in pork chops and was totally amazed how juicy and tender they were. I have never had such tasty and juicy chops prior. I also did two large chicken breasts that also came out super tender and juicy. We have always stayed away from breasts as they usually are dry and get stuck in our throat. Love how these two meals turned out, only way I would cook chops and chicken breasts any other way.

A nice improvement to enhance your Sous vide experience.

The nano is a great size for most of your cooking needs. And it heats up rather quickly. The extra info which comes with the new modem is a welcome feature.

Wow! I love sous vide cooking and sent my friend this device last Christmas as a present. SHe stored it away as she was in the process of a move/remodel and plugged it in to use today for the first time. Seems the app now is pay to use (after August2024) and all she can do is set time and temp?

I was really looking forward to this Sous Vide as I thought it was going to be an upgrade from my old Instantpot sous vide that broke.

The device itself feels relatively ok, though I wonder how long the plastic parts will last.

Product works fine, but the app now costs $2/mo to use. Yes, being able to set timers and temperatures is worthy of a continued subscription in the eyes of whatever degenerates Anova has for management.
