The cooker met my expectations, and is very nice. The app is a different story though. At this price point, I would expect to get the full fledged app without having to have to a paid subscription.

Estoy muy contenta con este aparato. Lo único que echo en falta es tener información oficial de tiempos y temperaturas. Internet está lleno de información muy dispar y (confusa) y hay que hacer muchas pruebas antes de saber cual es el tiempo y la temperatura ideal.

Anova don’t carry out their promises

When I purchased the precision cooker pro it came with an app to help you with temp and times. Now they want to charge me for it even though I had installed the app before the date.

Absolutely phenomenal. I decided to buy the pro because if it worked the way I had envisioned I was going to put it through some serious use. Worth every last penny. I had a minor issue pop up and I couldn’t recalibrate my cooker so Anova sent me a replacement and it was the easiest process. I guarantee I will be buying more products from this company, Anova has gained a customer for life and I plan on heavily influencing my kids & grandkids to become customers as well. Although I haven’t been paid to make this review, I know deep in my soul you couldn’t pay me enough to not write it! Great products, great company, great results.

I saw a sale on this item online, & contacted the company to see if the deal was available. I was advised to purchase the Anova Precision Cooker Pro & then I'd receive a refund for the price difference. I have reached out multiple times with no response from the company! :(

Eigenaar van het oude model. Werkt prima en dat zal de nieuwe ook wel doen. Voel mij zwaar genaaid omdat ze de app niet meer ondersteunen. Destijds grof extra voor betaald en nu heb je er niet meer aan. Dan een fake korting aanbieden op een belachelijk hoge prijs. Dit zijn de bedrijven die ons milieu verstieren. Beschamend dat deze marketing tactiek wordt gebruikt en dan nog maar niet te spreken over die nep recensies . Duidelijk zelf ingevoerd met dezelfde beargumentatie waarvoor ze deze actie uithalen. Voor mij NOOIT meer Anova.
