Bought the Mini to make the perfect Filet for my wife. Cooked it med. rare and seared in the grill. First time her Filet was perfect med rare all the way thru.

Works great. I would buy more but it won't fit in the accessories I already have from Joule. And I'm not going to spend the money to buy a different size accessories.

This little unit is perfect for smaller servings and is a must have for side dishes when the main unit is cooking the main course.

Purchased the mini to try out sous vide having never used this technique. Very impressed with the end results. Tied rib eye, which was perfect throughout, pork chops that were the moistest ever and chicken. All finished with searing and basting in butter and herbs with great results! Fish is up next!

Fantastic Little Device

Fantastic little device! I've been an Anova fan for years, and have used the Pro religiously. I grabbed a Mini as soon as I read about it, because honestly the Pro is overkill for most of the meals I'm cooking sous vide. I've tried a few of the cheaper machines from Amazon, but none of them hold a temp to the exact degree like the Anova devices do.

A better chef

Fantastic cooker and makes me a much, much, much better cook. I've made chicken breast and thighs in the oven before and it always comes tough like jerky. But now that I have this sous vide cooker, it's juicy and tender. I don't have to throw away my food anymore.

Straightforward and simple cooker

I love the Mini! It's a great little compact cooker for straightforward tasks, including using it as a secondary cooker for large baths and long cooking times. I was a little uncertain about the absence of a readout, but controlling it with the app is actually very simple. Simplicity, plus the value and reliability of the Anova brand, makes this a no-brainer when compared to the cheap knockoffs on Amazon.
