Broken after 2 years

Well, it was good while it lasted. Some of the buttons stopped working after 2 years.

ZERO STAR DOORKNOB FALLS OFF THERE IS NO FIX

The inside doorknob pops off every time you use it, this is the most poorly designed doorknob imaginable honeywell owes anyone who spends money on this an apology and a refund because the design flaw is so terrible there is actually no solution to it. Aside from that its also just plastic junk on the inside all plastic all junk the brackets are engineered poorly for unconventional door design.

Inside knob fell off

Bought this at the end of July and everything was good until a few days ago when the inside knob came off in my hand. Called customer service twice on two separate days and each time got a message that due to high call volumes I should leave my information and my call would be returned in the order it was received. I haven't heard anything from them.

People generally write reviews when something is awful and this is no different! We never could get it to work. I purchased another brand with no issues. Unfortunately it was not installed until the return window closed.

Part missing. Had a pro try to install and couldn't install. I have installed one before, so 2 of us couldn't.

Some of the keys stopped working after 5 months

Some of the keys stopped working after 5 months so had to start using key then the latch assist stopped working about 2 weeks later.

Excellent Lock. easy to install.

Exactly as described. Iy was easy to install, took me only about 15 minutes on a door which already had a regular lock installed. I removed the ole installed this new one according to the instructions, programmed it and was done in no time. The quality is excellent! It has a tight fitting water proof rubber pad that prevents access by the elements. The touchpad is clear and easy to operate too. I recommend this lock set highly!! It can be set to auto lock itself after up 900 seconds has passed. I set mine on 10 minutes (600 seconds) so if I forget to lock it, it will lock itself after 10 minutes. Excellent quality from a name I can trust.

Doesn’t work. Keypad won’t open it. Mechanical parts stick. After I installed it and it didn’t work, I looked at reviews online. Many had the same issues. Complete waste of money.

Works well, only concern is I am not sure how long the batteries will last before they need to be replaced, keypad 100% battery operated.
