Product is what was expected; however I couldn't use it as I wasn't able to remove the old tumbler out of my lock. Thus, can't use the product. Able to get refund with no problem. Smooth transaction from the start.

It didn't include complete instructions for removal and replacement, but those were easy to find online. The hardest part was prying off the tiny bracket that holds the cylinder in place (it looks like an oversize staple, don't lose it!). You will need one of those long set-screw hex Allen wrenches, and the ability to unlock the door (using a tool if necessary), and something to remove the bracket with, such as a very, very thin screwdriver. The whole thing takes less than 15 minutes, including re-programming the lock to accept the original key. This type of lock is so convenient because even if one stops working, you only ever need one key to open all the locks.
