I have been looking for replacements for lanterns for my front door and garage for ages and all I found had one or several deficiencies. These, in the charcoal finish which I would actual liken to verdigris, were perfect except the backplate location meant I had to have the existing junction boxes moved. That expense was made acceptable because these were on sale for a very surprising amount. Quality is excellent and they arrived the day after ordered! I thought I preferred a single bulb but the double is very attractive when lit, esp with the seedy glass.

I am very satisfied with these lights. I think they are just beautiful and perfect for my colonial home. My only complaint is I don't think the parts were packaged very well and the installation instructions were vague. Thankfully they were easy to install.
