Rusted after one year.
We bought two fixtures and one rusted after one year. I was told by Lowe's there is nothing they can do - I need to contact the manufacturer.

Unique in design where the wall plate is behind the fixture where most others are above or below. Very nice, uncluttered appearance. Easy assembly.

I ordered this light in the beginning of September 2020, it's October 6th 2020 and I still haven't received it and I don't believe its actually been shipped. I've given up calling customer support, I've waited over 30 minutes on hold wanting to talk to customer service, hanging up as no one ever answers the phone.

Nice lights, well built.
We love the lights and the matching pendant light for outside the house, just wish they were a little lighter in color. Very good quality, easy to install. Darker than they appear on the web site.

Excellent Light and Service
I bought five of these for various locations at my son's house. I've installed a lot of lights over the years and these are among the best engineered for the price - fastening bracket, sturdiness, aesthetics, etc. Plus the service from LightingDirect is its normal excellent. There was a crack in one of the lenses and they replaced it immediatetly.
