Home depot did not have any reverse osmosis kits, so they sent me a used jig saw and refunded the cost of the RO kit.

ONLY PARTIAL ORDER DELIVERED & TERRIBLE RESPONSE

Patience maxed out & hence the review. lol. I ordered Aquasure Elite 64k grains water softener & home water treatment online and got a message to pickup. Picked up last Sunday, however only received 3 boxes and did not pay much attention at the time and took those home. I kind of felt that something was off, but got busier during the weekdays and opened today and found out that I did not receive the 2 big cylinders. Took the received boxes to Home Depot and they realized that they missed giving me those 2 boxes. I wanted to return because all the models on the boxes don’t match with what I ordered. I wanted to cancel and reorder. But they mentioned the current prices went up. Did not want to pay extra and decided to take the same order with the 2 missing boxes. Had to wait outside at the pickup location for 30 minutes. Had to give them a call. The gentleman who brought the boxes was very helpful. We both loaded those into my car. He told me he saw the boxes sitting at the desk, but no one told him about that until I gave them a call.

Manufacture error caused a lot of issues !

We had this put in by a licensed plumber. Orange sediment kept coming out of our water. We opened up the tank to find it Was not properly assembled inside. The part that filters the resin beads was not screwed on. We had a huge mess to clean up. Our hot water heater had gallons of the orange resin beads. So hopefully it makes it through all of this because the hot water heater is newer. They are sending a new tank but we may still end up with future issues due to this.

BE AWARE OF THE SERIES THEY SEND YOU.

I have ordered for a Signature Elite Whole House Water Treatment. I took the help of a plumber and installed the equipment. When I am planning to register the product, I understood that I received the Harmony Series. Harmony Series is much cheaper one and old one than the elite.

I had to order this product 2x and BOTH times there was items missing. Home Depot customer service only answer. “You have to return it and re order.” This has been worst experience with Home Depot

Product complete and DIY friendly.

Expect multiple packages across multiple days. This was not clearly stated on any paperwork. I called customer support when their automated message system indicated the order has been delivered after one box showed up. Support was very helpful and got me remaining tracking numbers so I could keep tabs on the rest of the boxes.

It had some issues with broken parts on the water softener called and spoke to Diane was covered under warranty took care of me in a very timely and professional manner was quite impressed. She took care of me in a very timely and professional manner. I was actually quite impressed. I highly recommend all their products. Recovered customer service dealt with me professionally very quickly I was quite impressed. I highly recommend anything Aquasure . I do not know anybody, nor have I been given it anything to review

Item is not installed yet but so far everything was received and installation looks simple.

Delivered with critical parts missing. Spent two weeks following up with customer care to get the parts, ended up ordering them myself from the manufacturer.

HORRIFIC SERVICE- DOES NOT INCLUDE ALL ITEMS

My Home Depot experience was a nightmare. They not only failed to deliver the complete water treatment system I ordered but also installed only half of it so we can't return it (only option home depot gave us). Customer service was abysmal, making the resolution process incredibly frustrating. The incomplete installation left me questioning the competence and reliability of Home Depot's services. I wouldn't recommend them for critical home improvement needs. Still no commitment for resolution.

The aquasure elite whole house filtration system is well worth the price. We installed it ourselves and called customer service once and t h ey were very helpful and knowledgeable. All together we are extremely satisfied with this purchase and definitely would recommend it. Delivery though was a challenge, initial order was incomplete. Waited for the missing boxes which no one seem to know where it was. Had to walk into a store cancelled the 1st order and reordered another set. Only took another week to get the 2nd complete order.

Filter system not working, technician said system is faulty

My experience with this water purification system was terrible. The RO system didn't work, and customer service was unresponsive. It took a month to resolve, and I'm highly dissatisfied with Home Depot and AQUASURE.

Product was not delivered on time. When the filters was delivered the boxes were opened. Overall a bad experience.

This system is amazing, now we have cristal clear and soft water in the whole house!!!

The set up is a great and it works fantastic. Only gripe I have about the system is the fittings that go into the carbon filter leak with out a lot of pipe dope and pipe tape other then that so far water is soft and clean

This is a great unit if you want to get clean water for your house and remove the hard water. It does a pretty good job. The only issue I had is when we received our unit, the resin in one of the tanks was missing. I had to call the manufacturer but they were very good and prompt with providing 4 bags of resin and they shipped it quickly and free of charge.
