I like it so much, I am about to buy another one

I like the look of this toilet, the water line and electric are hidden, the seat doesn’t look like an afterthought. Functionally it’s every thing I wanted. Good value for less than 1k

First Toto Aquia toilet delivered was broken in pieces in the box. Same thing with 2nd one ordered. Ended up buying from an independent store that had warehouse where we could inspect the contents before pickup.

They don’t deliver

I ordered this toilet despite several reviews which described broken product arriving. My items only partly arrived. I received the water tank and the bidet toilet lid. But no toilet. I contacted homedepot.com and after alot of explanation and waiting, I was told it would arrive the following day. It did not and the Home Depot website still says the items were delivered. I would never buy from this organization again. I also paid for installation and the delay impacts that.

Love Toto toilets. Have purchase 30 and counting in the last 5 years. You will love it also.

Arrived in one piece. Very modern and just as pictured. WE have not installed yet. But optimistic it's going to work well.

I've been dreaming about this amazing toilet for 2 years now. We experienced it when we rented a vacation home. There's no going back. It hasn't been installed yet but we're delighted to have here. Arrived without any damage.

works wonderful, tank lid was damaged upon arrival

I ordered this twice. Once to my house and once to a store for pick and up. Both times it arrived broken. Customer service was amazing with the return, but I wanted the product

Case# 36207263 “Toilet bowl and parts missing"

Toto Toilet tank and C5 Washlet seat were delivered, but Toilet Bowl and parts were Not included.

Opened box with the plumber I scheduled to install it and the toilet was cracked.

Toto is an excellent brand but I received over six of these shattered.

It is working properly.

My husband was able to put an outlet behind the toilet from an outlet on the other side of the wall, and I did hire a professional for the toilet install (to keep the warranties intact). It is a second floor bathroom, so leaks are not an option! The features of the washlet are great--warm seat, warm water, warm air dryer, only having to use the TP 1x...it is a spa-experience at home! Worth the investment when you decide your home is your oasis.

Absolutely the best washlet! Has all the features including auto flush. Easy installation. A great addition to our master bathroom! Would highly recommend.

This has been a great purchase, phenomenal bidet with a great look. Every feature works perfectly and the instant hot water feature is phenomenal

Sleek, modern toilet with great extras

Love, love, love this toilet! It looks great in our remodel, all of the bidet functions are great. Only issue we've had is the remote sucks down batteries and if they stop working while the bidet is on, you can't turn it off! Think we may just need a new remote. Regardless, it is wonderful and we are so happy to have a built-in bidet during the current toilet paper shortage!! :)
