Leaked at installation

Installed and leaked at top housing. Was able to get to stop by adjusting top screw but weary when have to bypass to change filter in a few weeks. Will update more then.

Love this small Compact unit it has made our water so good we can now use it in the coffee pot we can cook with it and we can drink it before our water was so hard everything was rusty and now it’s just wonderful would recommend this to anybody with really hard water what a difference it made

Started off bad but seems to be a good product now

The head assembly started leaking ONE day after the water softener was installed. Called Aquios and was on hold a total of 13 minutes, on two separate calls, with no one answering. I did leave a voice mail and received a call the next morning. After a few minutes of giving my "blunt" opinion of their product, the employee (Eric) said he would send me a head assembly, under warranty. It was received in a couple days, as promised, and after it was installed, there were NO leaks. I've only had it in operation a little over a week, so that's why I only gave it 3 stars. I like this type of water softener (uses a cartridge containing polyphosphate) seems to work well. This system also removes some contaminates. Plus, the system takes up MUCH LESS space than a salt type water softener. `
