Wonderful product

This is hooked up in my well house, it's working great for my hard water to my whole house.

Very disappointed with product and customer support

I really wanted to like this system. Unfortunately it left me wanting, as did customer support. This system does not remove metallic and foul egg odors - I still have to filter my drinking and shower water separately. It does not prevent iron staining in the toilet bowl and shower. My glass tea kettle (pictured) is terribly crusted with minerals from the water. Makes me wonder what the pipes look like. I contacted customer support with my concerns before and after I cleaned the well with Well Safe. Even after the bleaching, the Aquios-filtered water still doesnt smell or taste good. I was told several times that theyd send me a different filter cartridge to try. After repeated follow up requests to customer support, they never sent a replacement filter and don't even respond. Were they stringing me along long enough for the "60 Day Money Back Guarantee" to expire? Considering this system does not alter the hardness of water whatsoever (yes, I tested it with a HACH hardness kit), I dont see how it can even be called a "water softener" - it does NOT soften water. This, combined with water that still has an odor and bad taste, along with useless customer support, apparently this renders the "system" an expensive wall decoration. So disappointing.
