NIce new product works well and looks great

Overall we really like this faucet. The sprayer underneath is great for rinsing produce. The strength of the stream of the faucet takes a little getting used to and can splash a bit, but is ok if you turn it to less than full strength. We love how it looks.

Waterfall feature broke in 1 week

The waterfall feature broke after using it about 5 times. Now the water only comes out of the faucet when the waterfall is in the ON position. If the waterfall is OFF, no water comes out.

Love that modern sleek look of this German product! It fits perfectly with our contemporary kitchen! Great quality, easy to handle!

Pure junk

No spray on faucet the spray bar sprays everywhere never worked good bought 2 of these used them for 2 weeks called to return them told them how bad they were they did nothing

Installed in my new build 18 months ago. The push button cartridge (which selects between top spray and bottom spray) lasts only about 9 months before it starts leaking and also sending water through both the top spout and bottom spray. \I am installing a new cartridge every time it starts leaking.Avoid this product.

No jet spray at pull out faucet head

I paid premium for stainless steel and S box. Loved the clean design and the lower spray but had no idea that the pull out spray head does not jet spray at all. It's just one flow. I inquired about changing the faucet head but Hansgrohe answered I would have to buy a whole new unit. That is another thousand dollars if I want to and that is not a good option. There is no way to purchase the 3 jet J faucet head even though the mechanical box seems to be exactly the same mechanism . Big thumbs down and BOO to whoever did not think about needing a jet spray option for the L design. No review ever mentioned that there was no way to have a concentrated jet spray. It is only a flaccid water stream that cannot clean the edges of the sink. Plus the very nice lower spray wets the countertop whenver it is used so the instructions should be to place it closer to edge of sink.

No option to widen spray at spray head.

The design is simple and elegant. I love the waterfall feature at base. But the pull out spray head has no button to make a wider concentrated spray. I suppose this is an unexpected consequence of the slim design or because the waterfall feature is supposed to take the place of a wide spray pattern.

In the specifications it refers to this item, as having the Sbox which allows the pull down to move more freely. In fact, it does not come with the Sbox, so will be returned.

The worst

The worst, this faucet has no aerator. Every time I turn it on I get splattered with water, and the entire counter has water. I was told they had not had any complaints. I’m not sure of anybody who wants to wash a cup or a spoon and end up with water splatter on them.I have tried to direct the water in a different direction. I. Ready to eat the cost, and replace. Customer service offered no answer, except to say they didn’t have complaints.?…

So far so great. Just as expected! Love the waterfall for washing hands and produce. The pull out is great as it has the magnet and weight to hold it in place. The only upgrade would be a finish that is fingerprint resistant.

Great Features

My husband installed this faucet two weeks ago. It was easy to install and looks amazing. I love that it has a two spray function. It has a great sleek design. The pull down sprayer is great and makes cleaning the sink simple task.

Sleek style!

We are actually in the process of remodeling our kitchen and this is exactly what I was looking for! Sleek design that is multifunctional. Very easy to install and while my remodel is just in the beginning stages, I did get a chance to test it out. I absolutely love how the sprayer is a straight design allowing for larger pots to fit underneath it and of course having the SatinFlow & Pull-out sprayer options is a must! This will fit perfectly with our modern/contemporary design that we are transitioning too!

Great faucet!

This is a great faucet that has worked great and was easy to install. It looks sleek, works well, and has the power to spray the stubborn dishes. The instructions were also easy to follow for install. I would definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful faucet!

I am in LOVE with this faucet! I love the way it looks and it is so well made! The waterfall spray feature is so cool, even my kids like it! The laminar spray feast is something g o never even knew I needed!

Lovely faucet!

We needed/wanted a new faucet in our kitchen. We were very pleased with the hansgrohe - Kitchen Faucet, 2-Spray Pull-Out, 1.75 GPM. The faucet came with everything you needed to install. My hubby removed and installed the new one. It wasn't easy, but it wasn't hard. I would have needed an installer, if it was just me. If you or someone you know is handy, they can do it for you. If not, definitely get someone to install it for you. The faucet itself looks premium and functions well.

Beautiful Faucet!

The Hansgrohe pull out faucet is beautiful and easy to install! It looks great in our one basin sink and I’m pleased with the pull out feature as it makes cleaning incredibly easy! Definitely recommend this!

Aquno Select M81 250 2jet

This is a beautiful, sleek faucet. Hansgrohe makes quality fixtures and this one is no different. For this particular model, the Aquno Select, you need to have no larger than 1 3/4" max center-line of mounting hole to edge of countertop (for an undermount sink). I'm using in new construction, so that won't be an issue.
