Terrible Tub
This tub is made of cheap acrylic and has cracked in multiple places. We kept repairing it and now we have no choice but to rip it out. Do not buy this tub.
This tub is a perfect fit. I love the dimensions most of all, because we were replacing a tub that was too short for the space. This tub is longer than the standard 60 inch tub, so I love that we could finally use all the available space for a tubshower combo in this bathroom. I like that the tub is fun for a kids bathroom, but not silly looking, so itll grow with my kid to the teen years. I like that our guests like the bumps on the bottom of the tub, too, for extra safety. The bumps feel nice on the feet and body. The matching drain is lovely. I found the chrome matched my moen chrome tub spout and the Kohler chrome showertub faucet handle. Im very pleased with my purchase!! Way to go, Wayfair!!
Unhappy customer
Bought the Kohler Archer soaking tub with ExoCrylic August 2018 and withing 7 months there was a hairline crack under the overflow drain. It could be seen but when I passed over it with my hand I couldn’t feel anything so I assumed it would be okay. Tonight while washing out my tub I noticed a deep crack where the hairline crack was. Considering what I paid for this tub I would have expected a well made product. Needless to say I am highly disappointed and regret not acting on the hairline crack and taken it more serious.
Tub cracked, drain stopper is defective
After only 5 years I developed a crack in the tub. I have had to buy multiple drain kits because the cartridge stops working after a while. I do NOT recommend this bathtub. Quality is low despite the high price!

Looks fantastic. a bit pricey -but I've suffered a few failed fiberglass models - so am hopeful acrylic provides better longterm wear.
Cracked after a few years
Such a beautiful tub. But, just like the other reviewers', our tub cracked where the bottom and the side wall meet only a few years after installation. We even built extra support under it, since we had the open floor to do so. Now, all the tile on the wall and floor are going to have to be ripped out and redone in order to replace the ruined tub.
Can't go wrong with Kohler. This is for an alcove show and tub for my daughter and as she gets older and wants to take soaking baths I wanted a tub that wasn't like a standard size low tub, but something decent. This is beautiful. Also got a much better price on the same tub then at your local big box hardware store so that was a bonus.
This will destroy your house
I bought this tub and had it installed by the best plumber for Kohler projects—fast forward and water is running out of the ceiling below. If you look at reviews on independent sites, you’ll see that over time, this tub develops cracks that allow water to seep out, damaging anything before it. Here’s Kohler’s solution: they pay you for what/where you purchased it. What this means is that they’ll give me a fraction of what the tub now costs at that retailer and I have to pay thousands to have it reinstalled. If I go with a different tub style to hopefully avoid future problems, I have to pay thousands more for a new granite deck as other Kohler tubs do not have the Archer’s dimensions. If you like burning cash and repairing damage, this is the tub for you. I won’t be buying more Kohler products on any of my projects as their customer service does not support their product. Such a shame as it’s a beautiful tub, but not structurally designed to last.
Cracked tub wall
Installed under 4 years ago and the front wall cracked during a bath (!), creating a huge mess. Crack formed right at the point where the outside insulation (wrapping the bottom) meets the wall. Have always preferred Kohler in our last four homes, but this makes us question what we choose for the future. Will cost a lot given the tub and tile removal and replacement - we never expected this bath tub would fail.
Cracked within 4 years
Had this tub installed on a complete remodel. Tub wall cracked within 4 years, right along where the wall meets the bottom insulation (on outside of tub). We have preferred Kohler in our last four homes, but we have never had a tub fail. Meanwhile it’s out of warranty, and this will take significant dollars to fix as the tile will have to be removed and replaced in the surround.
[Rewarded Review] Deep Soak and Luxury, LOVE
Deep and luxurious tub, and extra long. It allows me to sink really deep up to my shoulders and I'm so thankful that I purchased this tub vs an old standard. What a great upgrade at a very low cost. The overflow drain design makes the tub look extra fancy.
Stunning Tub without the weight of Iron
I bought this tub for my new basement bathroom. It is stunning in person, for being a non iron tub. It is deep with great lines, and ready for a good soak. I especially appreciate the ability to order this in 60", 66" or even 72", as we're a TALL Family. The overflow drain is an updated design too, and really makes the tub look so much cooler than an old school drain. The things I get excited about these days... :)

Very disappointed with the quality of this tub and during the installation. Overall the looks of the tub is good and this is why I opted to spend over a thousand dollars on the "plastic" tub and went with the brand that I thought would have a good quality. However I quickly got disappointed that going with what I though a reputable brand and expensive tub model does not equal a good recipe.
[Rewarded Review] So luxurious!
I am so happy with this tub! Not only was it easy to install it is beautiful and very well made. I love that the Comfort Depth design allows it to be as deep as a regular bath, but with the 19" step over height it's easy to get out of. The molded lumbar supports are comfortable and so nice when you want to lay back and relax after a long day. It is easy to clean and has plenty of room to soak in, overall this is an excellent tub, very sleek and modern!
[Rewarded Review] Easy installation, fits beautifully
The three sided flange was the selling point for this model. I needed something to guarantee no water leakage since my last tub left me with a hefty cleanup bill due to this. The design proved easy to install with the flange. It’s a beautiful overall design and very roomy tub. It is very comfortable and at 5’6”, it’s like a soaker tub for me. Love the overall design and the simplicity of the install!
[Rewarded Review] Stylish
I was really happy with this tub. It has a design I haven't seen before. It is well made and feels sturdy, not flimsy. I love the inside ledge and the bottom has a bubbly non slip surface. I can't wait to get it installed and replace my worn out, ugly tub. This one is so shiny, I didnt realize mine had become so dull. The overflow is a rectangular shape, which is also something new for me. Its large enough to lay down in comfortably and has a wide ledge around rim. A great find made by a great company!
Nice 3 wall alcove with a deep soak
We replaced our old cast iron with this bathtub and it fit great. It is much deeper than a standard tub and allows for a full body soak much better. The tile lip runs all the way around the tub which is nice. The overflow is a slotted design so you will need to purchase the specific overflow for this bathtub. Also if possible I would screw the front skirt down to the subfloor and the skirt tends to flex a bit. If it was set on a bed of morter it may not do this.
