Great tub, but cool

The size is perfect, itz quiet and bubbles nice. Only complaint is that the heater is not adjustable. It only activates when the water is less than 104, however we prefer it a bit warmer.

We love our new tub. It seemed narrow and not as deep as my old Jacuzzi tub so I was worried. All of my reservations was eliminated when I used it the very first time. It’s the perfect size for both my husband and I. I’m 5’5” and he’s 5’9”. It’s made for one person to fully stretch out and to use as intended. It’s comfortable enough to lean back without a pillow due to the contour of the back rest. The jets are powerful and placed perfectly. I would definitely buy again.

NICE SIZE

Nice size. I bought a different model and it was way too small. Exchange for this model and it's perfect. Wish the jet output would have plastic nozzle included so I can direct the flow of water.

I bought this tub and it had a small crack in it when delivered. It was not packaged very well. They quickly sent a replacement and picked the damaged one up. The best thing I can say about this experience was my rep Julianna Duncan. Very professional and understanding and made it all happen. I have ordered other products from them and my experience was similar-always quick and easy. I am an Engineer and perform remodels and larger commercial projects as well. I recommend them highly!
