Damaged / poor quality item for price
Received our chandelier after months of backorder, only to discover two of the arms had come loose and one of the collars which hold the bulbs had a broken weld on it. I filed a support ticket and tried calling, but received no response from 1stoplighting. Given I am now stuck with this poorly made/shipped item, I have invested a good deal of time (and additional money) to repair what arrived broken – will probably not shop here again unless ya'll want to make it right.
