Love this tub

We wanted a modern, minimalist soaking tub with a deck mounted faucet and this worked wonderfully. I’m 5’3” and it’s just the right size. Heartily recommend.

Finally got the tub in perfect condition

I wrote the above review when I was renovating my bathroom and encountered an impossible situation. I had gone through 4 tubs from build.com/Jacuzzi all with the same damage. I was able to contact Mr. Rowan, the CEO of Jacuzzi, and he helped me with the problem. He was very concerned about the fact that the product his company was shipping out was not packed properly, and seemed very sincere. He had Jacuzzi send out the 5th tub, and I have to say it was packed very well. It arrived without a scratch on it, and in fact, took almost 45 mins to remove it from the crate. In all fairness, I feel I have to update the situation and let everyone know that Jacuzzi was responsive to my issue, and made everything right. My only regret is that it took 5 tubs!.The tub is well made, sturdy and spacious, and makes the bathroom.
