Great Product / Web Site Nightmare

No. Very disappointed in service. I went to the only contact method I could find.. website chat… after numerous chats u asked chatbot if my order was sufficient. It said it was correct. The tile was 9/16” and the grid 15/16” I was told after receipt that you checked the chats, but clearly not all I now have to pay shipping to return. Side note the instate distributor refused to fill the order because there was clearly a mistake in the order. So KNOPI shipped from Az instead. Side note: still waiting to return the first tile. I’ll buy from the in state distributor directly even if it cost me more

Tiles worked great for our small basement project. Easy to cut and install.

The product itself is great. The arrival when shipped had a boz with a crushed corner and almost half of the tiles had a scuffed corner. Fortunately my contractor was able to work around the damage. I chose to order a complete box because the tiles at the stores are for the most part UN-USEABLE!

Delivery took to long otherwise the product was good, service is good as well.

The photo shows that it is made to have a depression where the main center portion drops below the metal frames. It doesn't. It is too shallow and too large.

SO GLAD I FOUND KANOPI

After an exhaustive search trying to locate ceiling tiles that match our current ones, I was SO GLAD to find Kanopi!! The website is very customer friendly and provides great descriptions and details about the products. Customer Service was super helpful in answering my amateur questions. I ordered samples just to make sure I found the right match. Kanopi shipped my cartons in a very timely manner, they arrived with a few scrapes along the side but all tiles were still usable. Now the ceiling looks great again. Highly recommend you give them a try!

I received everything I ordered only issue I have is about 10 of the 60+ tiles I ordered were damaged. I may still be able to use them for cut pieces.

Had to trim every tile. installed in an existing grid work using the same model of tile.

You were great. The tiles were not available Anywhere but HD, and they had a pallet min. Thanks for all your help.

Damaged tiles

I like the tiles, but the first several in the box came with damaged corners.

Not good

Some of the tiles were broken and had smudges. Not usable at all as you could see chip of finishing came off

There's a smell

The tiles installed fine and look good, however there is a weird smell to them. It has persisted since installation 10 days ago.
