Worth it

We are using these in our new rental, after having same in previous reno done over 15 years ago. They past the test of time. Any problems we had (needing new ceramic disks with the “hot” lettering that popped off and broke; or need to replace the insert valve once) were covered without question by Newport quickly. As our architect said the first time: “you’re going to touch them at least twice a day”. He was right, well worth the investment.

Elegant, classic design, quality build

Excellent quality, very well made; a fine match for the worn out classic 100-year old faucets I was replacing. Excellent phone service and shipping from the seller. I only wish that the typography of the Hot and Cold labels were also true to period.

Newport Brass Faucet

I had to replace this faucet from 8 years ago for my daughters bath. The finish was very specific and I couldn't find the faucet anywhere, I think it is discontinued. That being said, I had a wonderful purchasing experience. The faucet arrived as promised in a timely manner. When I contacted customer service I was given accurate helpful information.

Cheap stick-on hot/cold buttons

I just received this faucet along with the matching tub set. I was very disappointed to see that the hot/cold buttons on both sets are cheap plastic stick-on pieces that I know will fall off before too long, particularly on the hot tap (it's happened to me before with another brand). Even more maddening is that the word "HOT" is not even centered on the button. It's just poor quality. If they can't even get that right, I don't have much hope that these faucets will last too long.

this was a very pleasant surprise -- faucet and handles are exceptionally sturdy and 'chunky' in a good, solid way. polished chrome is a very nice finish; doesn't show water spots easily.

Beautiful Top Quality Faucet
