Fasta pasta

This pasta maker worked like a charm. Easy as to operate. Easy as to make the pasta and it tasted great. I made fettuccine. The machine made it all so easy. There were no issues in cleaning the device either. This has been one of my best purchases from Kitchen Warehouse thus far. Thanks KW

High-quality older machine in great shape

This is a fine old Atlas in what appears to be mint condition. It has the steel blades of the older models, and there is not a single sign of rust or damage. It arrived in its original box, with the original bags, and all of its parts. The gears operate smoothly on all settings. It has 7 settings instead of the 9 of later models, but that hasn't been a problem at all. I bought this machine for polymer clay work, and it blows the Sculpey clay conditioner machine that I was using clean out of the water. If you are looking for a pasta machine to use for polymer clay work, seek out one of these. This machine was made in 1992; machines made after 2004 may have plastic blades which reportedly aren't quite as good for clay work.

Purchased 2 complete pasta maker sets with all attachments

I received my pkg of 2 pasta makers with all attachments but wasn't impressed with shipping. I received a large box with2 in a box & a bunch of those popcorn for protection. These are gifts for my daughter in laws. One box looks like it was previously opened, the tabs to keep it closed are wrapped off. The other box has holes on sides where parts if the machine was bounced around hard & it pond holes in the sides. I haven't tried them to make sure they work as they are Christmas gifts. I guess when you order online & don't get to pick the product out yourself you get what you get. I think shipping packing should have been better & I hope the wrapped tabs doesn't mean it was a return.

Loving it!

Finally used it, 2 weeks after receiving. Made some whole wheat pasta with it, fettuccini style noodles in Carbone pasta sauce. My husband was blown away by the textures and flavor and how satiated he was. It’s fun for two people to enjoy each other’s company. Have to see how it goes with the pasta maker completely on my own while my husband is working. Very sturdy/solid construction. It’s a very pretty piece of kitchen equipment. Very reasonable size, doesn’t not take up a lot of room when being used or while stored away. Easy to install, clean and put away. Stays relatively clean. Easy to use. Many many thickness options. Excited to switch from boxes to homemade pasta moving forward! Unfortunately, I did not think to take pictures. The pasta looked lovely as it dried before boiling. Would have made for a beautiful picture. Thank you!

Incredibly easy pasta maker!

The Marcato Atlas 150 with motor is surprisingly easy AND FUN to use. Since using it I have determined that the motor probably isn't needed, if you're contemplating what unit to purchase. The unit small in scale so doesn't take up a bunch of kitchen storage space.

Absolutly beautiful!!!!!!!

First off, thank you Consiglio's for my wonderful package! I ordered it on Wednesday and came Friday morning! sadly im far away from my favourite store but im so thankful for the quick delivery and secure packing! This machine...if you don't have it...GET IT! Wow! It makes a world of a difference when making fresh pasta! it's sturdy and heavy duty! I had to replace mine (it was Remi Oliver) it was very cheaply made and I simply couldn't stand it anymore. This machine has so many thickness levels, and the thinest setting is even thinner than paper! It's easy to wipe(dry) clean, easy to store it's absolutely perfect! I ordered it with the ravioli attachment, I wanted to make a big batch so I can freeze and have easy dinners/lunches when I need it, it too is so incredible! It's easy to use and easy to make a large batch of ravioli! Thank you Consiglio's! You guys are the best of the best!

Simple, delicious homemade pasta anytime you want.

The Marcato Atlas 150 pasta machine is a hand cranked, beautifully built pasta roller/cutter. The machine has settings from 0 (thickest) to 9 (thinnest). It was super easy to set up and use, and my 10 year old loves the idea of being the the next generation pasta maker and continuing the family tradition with the Marcato Atlas 150. He helps me and uses it all the time. I bought the machine at the Crate and Barrel location in Corte Madera, Ca. We use it at least 1-2 times a week employing simple ingredients: eggs, flour, water, salt, and oil. As long as your dough isn’t too wet, clean up is easy, just dust off any excess flour and keep your Atlas and any associated parts dry. Overall a great addition to our kitchen. I recommend it all the time to people looking for more control over their food intake and anyone who is interested in trying/starting a new hobby. Buona fortuna!!

This machine is replacing a less than $40 machine that I was initially excited about and then became increasingly frustrated with due to all the inconsistencies with the rollers and cutters. My husband had purchased it for me when pasta became hard to find in stores.

We've had a Marcato Gracia 150 manual pasta machine for over 35 years, still working like it was new, just required a lot of hand cranking.
