This unit is not the same quality as the Kitchenaide product that it replaced, though the cost is identical.

Missing Pieces

The grill is nice but it was missing hardware to put it together when it was shipped to me.

Parts were not in package. Screws and bolts were missing. Looks like it couldve been a return from someone else, and they just sold it to someone like me

I was looking to build an outdoor kitchen without breaking the bank. I found this Spire grill and went for it. For $999CAD, I was very surprised with the build quality once it arrived. Its solid and couldn't find anything about it that would make me want my neighbours Napoleon for double the price. Converting to NG was easy. Just remove the propane orifices that are installed already, and swap out the one for the searing burner. I used the Kitchen Aid conversion kit to finish the install (just a hose and regulator).This grill which is made by Nexgrill, is also branded Kitchen Aid and Jenn Air. The parts are easy to find online and I dont forsee any issue keeping this grill going for many years. I also bought the SPIRE cover and rotisserie on amazon.com. Ive used it a few times now. Ive had no issue at all cooking steaks, kabobs, hotdogs ect. Highly recommended.

The grill was easy to assemble however it was missing the cover for the ignition switch. We have had to manually light the grill with a match or lighter. Customer service has been hard to get an answer which was the correct part and get a replacement sent.

This grill is well made and used high quality SS 304 material in all the components. Not just some. Wished it came with a rotisserie and a grill cover like many do at this price point. Can’t wait to feature it in our new outdoor kitchen and fire it up. Highly recommend. Delivery was not great as there was some internal dings and dents during the travel. However Home Depot ordered a new replacement which was perfect for me. 5 big stars to the Home Depot for that service.

well i bought 7 BBQ grills and 4 of them are damaged. The packaging is very weak for this product.

I had a 36" grill that was obsolete and the burners were no longer available. I replaced it with the Spire and it is working great. The Spire is a lot easier to clean due to the pull-out grease pans plus the burners are bigger, better, and more quiet.

When opening the box all the screws and bolts were not in the package they was lose in the bottom of the box. Found most but a few was missing. The chimney was bent and the top screw was broken.

My shelf inside keeps falling. Is there supposed to be screws to hold it in place?

My order was very easy as well as tracking it. Walmart notified me via email when my delivery would arrive and it was on time. Thats what I love about being a Walmart customer because if there is ever a problem you can speak with someone and they will fix the issue ASAP

The flame is really low it takes longer to cook, I love the space to cook and it is a nice looking grill if only the flames ? were more powerful.
